The staff here does not listen! On 4 different occasions I bought Newport light 100’s and every damn time they gave me Newport 100’s! Telling me oh it’s the same thing NO ITS NOT! Train your staff better to listen to the customer! Oh and have them hang up the phone when people try and call.

they never have a manager there when one is required for certain transactions. an older woman behind the counter has also thrown my receipt and smoked crystal meth a couple feet away from the store

The workers here are very friendly. It's a little pricey but not too bad. There is alot of pan handlers and homeless around something should be done about that. But my my main grievance is the kiosk for payment is supposed to support Google pay but hasn't been functional in almost a month. Upper management needs to call a repair worker to resolve this. Should have been handled some time ago.

I am a night owl, and frequent this 7-11 every night into the wee hours of the morning. The people that work the Graveyard shift are "Awesome" and very helpful!!! Day shift people are "Awesome" as well!!! I recommend this 7-11 to anyone looking for a nice shopping experience night, or day!!! "E" ??
