If I could give this place a ZERO I would, this place is a complete joke. The owners treat employees poorly, owners fail to clean up their property, gas pumps don't work ect...this place needs to be sold, owners need to pay employees more and up the standard. The lady that is always there I guess her family work there to or seems like they hustle there. But the issue is if she is moping she wants you to wait till it drys. Her service is very rude and uninviting. I waited 10 minutes in line while she talked about going out. YOU NEED NEW STAFF HERE OR CLOSE IT.

i have one of the workers a 20 so she can make it a 10 and bought a 1.98 slurpee, tell me why when i come home i only have 13 dollars instead of 18, i wish i paid with card cause me thinking i was getting ALL OF MY MONEY had no thoughts about the receipt or COUNTING how much money left cause she only gave me two fives, so thanks miss g hope you bought yourself some lunch because clearly you need other peoples money to do so

Good afternoon I just had an unpleasant visit at 12:30 noon today @7-Eleven on Fremont the black lady that is currently working said we could not come in the store because she had to mop and it’ll take about five minutes, so we are waiting outside and then she stuck her head outside and yelled at everybody to leave until she done. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it and she definitely said it all wrong. I really don’t appreciate being yelled at especially when I’m spending my money and waiting patiently. I understand that there’s a lot of activity going on in this area, but it had absolutely nothing to do with some of us. She needs to humble herself a little bit more. God bless her.

At this 711 I live down the street so I've gone there often theres a day shift with a elderly older women that works there she is the most rudest worker there! Her attitude is so foul. Acts like she hates her job. Very rude to customers. She actually made one of my friends cry from how rude she was to her just because her phone died and the lady had to ring her up so she couldn't pay the worker was so upset and told her with attitude \\\"great, next time be more prepared young lady now I got to put all this back, wasting my time. I told that lady last I checked your the employee she's the customer that's not how you treat your customers! Very rude . Other then this worker I give it a 3 stars because of the rest of the employees there. The graveyard shift the stalky employee with facial hair he's awesome! Real cool and consistent with his attitude. For this 711 being in the ghetto some of their workers make this place okay. Good job guys. That one lady is so unprofessional. Ridiculous. ?

WORST STORE EVER!!! Employees have the worst additude and are very rude. If they don't like their job then stay home let someone else work. Never have anything you ask for. I will NEVER step foot in that store again. They need a new owner so they can see how rude these employees are.

Only reason I gave 4 stars is the area of town it is located on Fremont which is really ghetto, hang out too long and get mugged. 711 is awesome for their 69 cent 32 ounce fountain soda all summer, saved me.

You might get jumped and robbed, the clerks are so disrespectful and dirty. The clientele is very very very bad. They stand outside and harass and beg anybody who comes near the front doors. And the clerks are all friends with them and perpetuate it. Just go down the street to the Chevron. There are many other convenience store choices than this 7-Eleven.
