This place legit stole from me. I purchased 1 gallon of gas outside until I could find a cheaper station. It didn’t say anything about not paying outside with a credit card. It didn’t actually pump any gas into my car. My car was still at 3miles when I got back in. The lady at the counter said I couldn’t pay outside, I asked why there wasn’t a sign and she blamed it on the owner. I said I was going to dispute the charge bc they said there was nothing they could do, but suggested I talk to the owner. I told them THEY need to take initiative because I don’t work here, I’m just passing through. Seems like the owners WANTS to steal and make this very difficult for anyone just trying to get some gas.
Weird and sketchy place with a lady trying upsell customers on candy. Sad.

Worst Convenient store in the Vegas Valley. Service is horrible. Manager is rude. Customers are stealing. In stocked areas. Nasty floors and hot food looks like it’s been there a week. Health Dept will be contacted

I had someone from 7-Eleven reach out to me and apologize so I decided to try another 7-Eleven located at Bonanza and Las Vegas boulevard. I was truly disappointed again but this time I felt like I was racially profiled and racially distributed against. Went to ask the manager in charge he was too busy on his phone to even give me an answer. And then when the cashier went to answer for me he wasn't even nice. After the manager got off the phone he pretty much followed me around the store and watched everything that I did. It made me feel so uncomfortable and I never had that situation happen to me before. It seems as though if certain races are at the cashier they act like they don't even want your money if you're a black person. I won't be visiting those 7-Elevens I'll just keep going to the one on Lamb and Boulder Highway where I get treated well.

I went in there on my lunch break like I used to every now and then and bought hot food and it didn’t taste fresh, chicken on a stick was brown from the inside of the chicken and didn’t taste good, I called them to let them know about the situation and the dude that answered said “ its as fresh as it can get” he didn’t seem to care about the situation and hung up on me,I’ve bought from a different location and know well it’s more fresh, now I know not to buy hot food from there, store is always dirty and has a weird smell.Update: spoke to the supposed to be manager and told him about the situation and he didn’t seem to care at all and didn’t say anything to me so therefore I won’t be coming to this location and take my money somewhere else

Went into the store to get a 1/4 big bite with chili cheese sauce and unfortunately, no chili or cheese sauce available. The person that was helping me at the counter was of no real help. The man behind the counter tells the owner of the store that I no longer want the 1/4 big bite hot dog because the owner was taking too long. That was inaccurate and I corrected him stating that I do not want the 1/4 pound big bite hotdog because there is no chili sauce or cheese sauce. He then tells the owner that alot of people ask about the chili and cheese sauce. Anyway, one thing I do not like is when someone mis quotes me at all. I think the man behind the counter needs to get help for what I am guessing some type of addiction problem. Other than that, the store was clean and everything seemed to be well stocked.

Sitting in the parking lot of the store making this review I go in to buy two cranberries they're on sale for $3.75 I end up almost paying $8 for two cranberries, they asked me do I want my receipt I said yes I go back to my car look at my receipt they charge me for a big gulp which is a 1. 29 and then a cup of ice which was $0.29 but I only got a small coffee cup with ice and then the two cranberries were 3.75 if you buy two, I still don't get how I paid almost $8 I went back in with my receipt, come to find out they overcharged me they gave me almost 3$ back, pay attention to this, because they act like I was trying to get over on them, like I was in the wrong for wanting my money back. 3.75+1.29+.29

This 7/11 is the worst I’ve ever been to. It’s actually worth visiting just to see what a dumpster fire it is. 5 stars cause I was in awe when I was there.
