I joined because of the pool since i have a bad back and because it was 24 hours. Now theres no pool or jacuzzi not to mention they close at 10 now.

Not renewing my membership since this gym isn't 24/7 anymore. The only time I could go to the gym would be after they close so there's no point in renewing. The next closest one has older machines and isn't as updated as this one. Even at this location there are a few amenities that are out of service and have been out of service for a while. If this goes back to 24/7 then I'd consider renewing. Otherwise I'm sticking with my new LVAC membership.

Sauna and steam rooms suck there, imagine if I was getting ready for a fight and needed a quick sweat, can’t count on this Eos, again this Eos sucks why even have it if it’s not 24 hours

Operating hours shifted from 24/7 to limited hours. This was a crucial factor in my decision for getting the membership. Heavily disappointed and in consideration of cancellation. Thank you!

They literally closed the location when I’m able to attend (rainbow/alta) that I signed up for which was at one time 24hours and when trying to go to new location (one that’s open that I’ll have to drive an extra 20 minutes they said due to their and issues and problem so they want to charge me more money for transferring locations? Very low end customer service! Don’t expect anything except for the EOS brand to rip you off and not promise what they originally promise when signing up! (We have pool/now they don’t) we have sauna/hot tub, now they don’t due to not being able to pay a pool guy to maintain in. We’re 24 hours for your convenience, now they are not. STAY AWAY!! Worst of the worst!!

Good price, good equipment, but the hours are ridiculously inconvenient for me. I used to show up at 4am to be done by 615 but it guys not anymore.

Worst eos ever they stopped being 24/7 out of no where . Super small gym goodluck getting a decent workout in . This eos makes me wanna go back to LVAC

I’m only leaving a two star instead of one because the front desk staff and the yoga teacher Marissa on Saturday mornings do I great job. Otherwise I would leave a 1 …..The pool and jacuzzi has been closed down with no proper notification.This was a popular pool and spa and they closed it down with no plan to put something in place !!!!What kind of business has no plan for their customers unbelievable ?????

Whoever is running this location is severely messing up. With the sudden change of hours no longer being 24/7, you're basically removing a major part of your clientele. I would get in around 4:30 AM and it was always busy. I lucked out already being on the highest plan so I can just go to a different location but those who joined just this location aren't as lucky and will most likely go to an entirely different gym all together.

The most frustrating and unnecessary cancellation process… I wanted to cancel after one week because I was told certain things just to get me to sign up. It clearly said on their website that it was $1 to sign up and I was charged $49 on the day of. Then I called management to get a refund because I was clearly charged for no reason, and he told me I had to come in to do it. When I came in the employees told me it was already processed and would take 48-72 hours to receive refund. A week later no refund, I called back and they told me it takes 7-10 days… what a circus. I will never tell anybody to go to this gym. LVAC seems to be the way to go. Don’t let them fool you into signing up. I feel like they stole my money making me pay the yearly fee and monthly fee after I canceled. ? soooooo lame! ?

I've been a member for about 4 months or so. I'd love to give the place a higher rating, but I can't. There isn't much that the management can do to solve the membership issues like people sitting on machines checking out their phones and doing group workout sessions in the Flite Zone (the area set aside for a sort of circuit training). They have a nice facility, but when you can't use the machines you set out to use, it's not as nice as it could be.
