Just wanted wanted to thank 1st priority for their fast service. Our air conditioning went out on a friday night after 9pm. We sent in a repair request, and was contacted by an hvac company on saturday, and had the air conditioning repaired on sunday morning.
Great service, very much appreciated.

I used Shane for selling my property a few months ago during pandemic. While I will say he did sell quick I cannot say it was sold for top dollar.Cons of using Shane:1. He was more concerned with selling fast and completely neglects client's needs.2. Pressures you to take the first offer and does not disclose any other offers. Lies about offers and withholds information.3. If this is your first time selling he will take advantage of any ignorance you have regarding the current market.4. Makes up funny lies to avoid doing things for your house or excuses for not picking up on your call/text.5. He is the owner so he acts like a boss. This is fine but it is applied to you at times so you feel like you are working for him and doing what he wants..... weird feeling.Pros of Shane:1. Sweet talker and knows what to say to you.2. Knowledge of market but may not disclose it honestly to you.3. Tries to sell the home at first offer to close fast. May work well for some people.I would not recommend him for first timers selling their property. I cannot comment on how he represents buyers but probably the same way as I mentioned. He is NOT the honest type but rather the get the job done as fast as possible type. Use him with caution if you must.

I have tried to write this a few times and struggle to do my experience with this company justice, but try to bear with me. It's a bit of a story. First contacted Shane Nguyen in the spring of 2020. I was recovering from cancer treatment. My marriage was in its death throes. I was going to have to do something about the house. The market at that time was terrible - there wasn't enough equity in the house to make it worthwhile and I stuck it out with the spouse a few months longer and omg everything went straight to h*ll from there. In the summer things got to the point of separating. I had to call Shane again and ask for a valuation for lawyers, which he happily provided even though I told him I was going to try to keep it until the market rebounded. In the spring of this year, market was going crazy and it finally looked like a good time to sell. Of course I called Shane and he came up with a listing price and my ex just refused to accept it. I'm surprised that Shane was even willing to touch this deal at this point, considering he's been patient with us for nearly a year already. But he sticks around, lists it for what the ex insists on, and waits out another six months of no showings at ALL plus being stuck more or less as the only person who can speak to both sides of this mess. He did an amazing job that was so over and beyond what being a realtor should be. When we did finally get showings and offers, I was back in the hospital for MULTIPLE surgeries, freaking out about my dwindling income due to missing so much work, and generally concerned that I wouldn't be able to move into anywhere new because rents are insane and I was stuck in divorce limbo over what would happen with the proceeds from the sale. He worked it out with the buyer for me to stay long enough for the divorce to finalize and get the money from that settlement to buy another house. The agent he set me up with as a buying agent deserves a whole other post for himself. Shane Judge has been TIRELESSLY running all over this valley and videoing things while I was at work so I could get offers in immediately. I'm now in contract for a one of a kind dream of a place that I literally would never have had a chance at if Judge wasn't the kind of agent to go so above and beyond for his clients that he is. So here we are! A year a half later and just about everything in my life is looking up and I honestly can thank these two for a SIGNIFICANT amount of that improvement. Hire them. TLDR: You could not be any luckier to have these guys as your agents. They are devoted to seeing things work out for their clients, no matter how much of a headache it involves. These are the guys who will do the right thing and words do not exist to convey exactly how grateful I am.

Making loses in forex/binary options is no longer news, I lost huge amount of money trading in forex, until I found Catherine Abramson my helper. We've been working with Duc Lu at 1st Priority for 10+ years and do not foresee us working with anyone else. He works very hard for his clients and knows a ridiculous amount information about Las Vegas. Happy to have built a solid relationship with a guy that tells the funniest stories in town. Seriously, real estate shopping is best with him!

Here's an update: See text the manager wrote me as he wanted to take this off line. I wrote him and he never replied. Do NOT trust this company. Have everything in writing or better yet find another firm.

Should be named LAST PRIORITY REALTY...Very unprofessional. Michael Costello is a j*** and only in real-estate for himself.I would highly recommend not doing any business with him specifically but also 1st Priority Realty based on experience and common reviews

Extremely bad!!! They lie, make things up, cannot follow through, but then turn the table around and completely blame customers.... avoid at all cost to save yourself!!!!!

This Brokerage should be named LAST PRIORITY REALTY...Michael Costello at 1st Priority Realty is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL in his communication between agents. He is non empathetic and only in business for himself. This seems to be a common thread and speaks volumes to how poorly the team 1st Priority Realty conducts business through threats & deceitful conduct.
