I was at Starbucks in South Premium Outlet , Las Vegas when I saw my friend Arnold Prepeña on by his break. Since I was at the outlet, I asked him where he works and ended up buying a nice bangle bracelet, a ring, and a two set pairs of earrings that I couldn’t refuse it because his Boss Gil gave me a very good deal .
Arnold was very professional, pleasant , polite and very friendly. He provide excellent customer service. He has a skills and knowledgeable and all wide selection of jewelry which I ended up buying from him .
I will definitely come back and highly recommend
my friends to buy from him.

I had an amazing experience at NY Diamond Exchange outlet. All the staff members are nice and has excellent costumer service especially ARNOLD. He is very accomodating and helpful. I had a hassle-free experience shopping for diamonds and luxury watch because of him.

Arnold prepena called us and informed us that he moved to another company. We were happy and brought our family to buy from him at New York diamond exchange.We followed him right away because of trust and admiration for his professionalism. Love this place! My husband went into this place window shop. He was greeted by Lein. She showed him all the watches. She didn't know much about the watches but was super nice. He saw a watch he liked, and Gil gave him a great deal. When I came back with my husband, Gil offered him a deal we would not walk away from. I am afraid Gil created such a good deal that my husband will most definitely be going back again and again. My husband is a watch guy looking for his next Rolex so this was a great lead into a long and expensive relationship with Gil. :)

This will be a late post... my wife and I purchased our Rolex watch from them last 12/2023. Gil was truly a genuine honest owner who wants his customer's trust and not just a one time business. He helped us through the discount and payment process, VERY HONEST businessman. Ms Alina was very helpful fellow Filipino who was there to guide us, as we are first time Rolex buyer. She was very patient with us. Their entire team made our buying experience easy and very comfortable. Buying a luxury watch from them for the first time was made easy and affordable to us. My wife and I will definitely come back here and invest on another Rolex watch from them. I highly recommend them, for my wife and I had been to other stores and we kept holding off from buying as their pricing for the Rolex watches was so expensive that we cannot afford, but Gil made it possible for us. I love this place. They have beautiful pieces and amazing prices. My husband purchased me a beautiful Louis Vuitton watch for Christmas unfortunately it wasn't my style. I love yellow could and the watch was white gold. I went back to exchange and ended up getting a three karat tennis bracelet. My sales rep Alina was amazing she showed me many bracelets and rings to choose from before making my selection. I will be back for valentines day. Thanks guys!
