Cindy was THE BEST!! What a nice hidden little gem that offers the same services as other USPS locations in busier metros. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes to get our passport applications processed. Once you’re done, head on over to Terrible’s across the street for some cool alien and Area 51 memorabilia. The restrooms in Terrible’s are soooo cool too!

Love Jennie and the other postal worker was nice too. Passport info. Took about one month to get the appointment. Bring government ID with picture, cash or money order to gov dept , cash or credit card to post office, bring your form DS-11 or they have them there, old passport If you have one, BIRTH CERTIFICATE. The real one, they copy It and take the original and they said they will mail It back.

Jenny you are the best! You helped me and my Dad get our passport applications sent in. You were patient and friendly. Jenny made the process easier. This location is very nice and not too busy when I went. Definitely book an appointment.

There needs to be a separate line for normal customers. Customers shouldn’t have to wait in line behind passport appointments for simple transactions.

Jenny of USPS Indian Spring, NV branch was very helpful to all the customer. She went above and beyond in helping us in our passport application. She made sure everyone is accommodated in a timely manner. Very pleased with her service. She is the nicest postal employee we’ve ever met. Kudos to Jenny and thank you very much for your help. Keep up the good work. :)
