This branch has declined in customer service precipitously. I could not get anybody on the phone for 30 min. Had to go through their 800 number and multiple transfers to reach them through their backline.

The thing on your desk is a telephone. When it rings it would be appropriate to answer it!Addition. Try calling the branch. No one will answer.That’s all the details you need.
