As a patient, it can often be frustrating trying to get prescriptions filled but Trinity and the entire team at Village Pharmacy are fantastic. They work really hard to get compounded medications filled in a timely way and communicate well with the customer. Sooo grateful to have a compounding pharmacy in North Lake Tahoe!

I needed a Covid home test kit immediately as wife just tested positive before leaving from home to Incline where I was at the time. Had no symptoms but called this pharmacy and a friendly voice responded that they had them. Went over immediately and got the test. Tested positive through no fault of the pharmacy but was able to arrange for Paxlovid and headed home for some rest.

This pharmacy is owned by an amazing man and his daughter is the compounding pharmacist. They went so far out of their way to help my son who was in dire need of a specially compounded formula to prevent seizures. I explained that he was having severe GI reactions to an inactive ingredient in the generic AE drug that he had been prescribed and we worked together (she researched the ingredients to make sure they would be tolerable and safe for his special circumstances) knowing how difficult it would be to get this done during Christmas weekend. With many logistical issues to overcome, they offered to make a special trip on Saturday, Christmas eve and made the prescription so that my son would not have to continue taking the drug that was making him very ill. I am so thankful to these wonderful people who selflessly did this magnificent gesture for us even though we were not yet regular customers or acquaintances. These people are a shining example of kindness, caring and humbleness.

They are the best pharmacy! I needed to pick up a prescription that was a vacation replacement. Kim was phenomenal and helped get the prescription transferred, then had it filled for me! She made it easy and simple and didn't put the task on me to go thru our MD or prescription plan. Voila, it was ready when I arrived and the staff came to the car and Richard, the pharmacist was readily available to answer any questions. This was an A+++++++++ experience. Thank you, Village Pharmacy!

AMAZING company. Owner went out of their way on Christmas Eve to deliver meds all the way to Truckee on his own dime and time for a client that's lodging with the company I work for. Fedex wouldn't ship because of the crazy snow storm. But this man compounded the meds and hand delivered them. Support this amazing business, they know the value of a life and they do what it takes.
