Jose and the girls in the office have been very helpful communicating, dealing with insurance, and making repairs on a commercial truck and personal vehicle that others hit and damaged. Appreciate the professionalism and quality work.

Definitely recommend for your vehicle repair and bodywork needs. They fixed my Acura RDX up like new, and made it super simple to work with the insurance company to document and pay for the damages. Happy to have this shop right here in N. Lake Tahoe! ?

I brought my Toyota Highlander in for a simple rear bumper replacement after it was damaged in a parking lot. They replaced the bumper and painted in perfectly, no problem, but the paint they applied didn't match the paint on the rest of the body of the car. When I first pointed out the issue, they denied there was any difference. Then they tried to explain the difference as resulting from painting on the plastic bumper vs. the metal body. When I pointed to the plastic front bumper which matched perfectly, they said that only the factory could do that and that no body shop could match the paint. Now I've had many other vehicles repaired at body shops and never once had an issue with matching paint. They offered to paint the car again, so I asked what they would do differently the second time. They said they would order the same paint from the same supplier and use the same process. I asked why they would expect a different outcome. They said it wouldn't change, so I said that was a waste of their time and mine. They then offered to repaint the bumper in a color that I felt matched as a courtesy. But that it too would look different on plastic than the metal samples they would provide. I said it's their job to pick a paint to match, not mine. I suggested that they try different paints on the old bumper that they had removed so that we'd see what it really looks like on plastic. "Oh, we can't do that".Having ignored the only logical path forward, that was the end of the conversation. I left with my multicolored car and will not return. See photo.I will go to another body shop to have the car painted properly in a matching color.I have rarely encountered a business which so fundamentally misunderstand or outright ignores the basic tenet of the service they provide - to restore the car to original condition prior to the accident. They were perfectly content with the work they had done and offered no reasonable solution to the readily apparent problem they had caused.I would strongly recommend that anyone prospective customer think twice before using this body shop.

I picked up my Jeep after I damaged my right rear bumper backing out of a narrow driveway in a snow storm. Not only was the work excellent, the customer service was top notch. They also made it really easy dealing with my insurance company. I used them several years ago to replace and repaint my driver side mirror on a prior car, and the work was also excellent. I hope not to need their services again, but if I need body work in Incline, Ritch's is where I will go.

After my insurance sending me to caliber collision who did a horrible job at not only repairing my car, but also communicating and getting it done on time - what a treat it was to get my car fixed at Ritch's Body Shop! They not only did an amazing job on the repair (some body damage caused by getting backed into in a parking lot) they returned my car to me not just clean, but detailed, vents cleaned and all, hasn't been this clean since I bought it! Their office staff was friendly and accommodating and stayed in communication with me about everything needed for my car which was so nice. The guy cleaning cars outside even helped me by vacuuming the back of my rental car, can you believe that? Their prices were extremely reasonable and it was obvious they do not participate in price gouging . I will NEVER go anywhere else. Thank you so much to all who work at Ritch's!!!!!!

Very friendly staff, very high prices. They prefer insurance work and not classic cars. Employees paid on commission. They do good work.

Always fantastic service. A car accident or vehicle damage is always a stressful time. They make the process of dealing with it much easier and keep you informed at every step.

If you are looking to get ripped off then this is the place to go. They have the absolute highest pricing of any shop withing 200 miles of Lake Tahoe. On top of that they have company policies that are unwritten when you drop off your vehicle which will cost you literally thousands when you go to pick it up. If this shop is your last resort than I truly feel sorry for you.

Jose and Martha are great. These guys go out of their way to make the experience memorable and very good with details, showing you the damage, explaining the costs, working with the insurance company etc. I would highly recommend them and I do not give out references easily.

Worsts experience ever!!! I dropped off my vehicle to be worked on, left it on a Wednesday then on Thursday a snow storm came in, by Friday morning a received a call that the guy that moved my truck lost the key, keep in mind I was told my truck would be ready to be picked up on Friday afternoon, and then there was a huge confusion on their end and it has been more then a nightmare dealing with this situation. It has now been 5 days and counting and both them and I are unsure of when my vehicle will be ready. I will never bring in another vehicle nor would I recommend anyone to bring theirs in for any work, as this is completely Unprofessional on their end. I have not been compensated with a rental nor in any way. There excuse is that “accidents happen.” If I could give zero stars I would.
