Don't go here. First off, they lie. They don't work on your boat unless you store with them. Even though they let us make an appointment and wait a week to find out they were just going to "look" at it. Second off, they are rude. Even the owner, they have very little consideration for their customers and only work on boats that are easy. Third, we've spoken to 4 or 5 people who have had similar experiences as us. So we know we aren't the only ones. I'd go anywhere else. I'd drive to ranch Cordova, Concord or Redding before working with this boat company again.

I was launching my boat at Incline for a family outing and immediately noticed exhaust coming from the rear. I trailered it and took it over to Incline Boat Storage & Marine. Though they were busy, they took the time to run the engine to see if it was something which could be fixed quickly to get me out that day. Unfortunately, it was a more involved repair. I left it with them and they were able get me back and running by the end of the following day, salvaging the week. Very professional.

I had the privilege of working for incline boat storage and marine this past summer and I'll emphatically state that they are the best boat storage company on lake Tahoe. If you're lucky enough to get a spot in their boat yard, consider yourself lucky. Mark is the man who runs the show and he is a true professional. He treats his employees and clients with the utmost respect. They work hard, care about their employees and treat their clients and employees like family.

This week we had what could have been a wasted trip to Incline Village fishing trip saved by Vaughn!!!!! Our boat trailer tire hub literally blew off on hwy 28 on our way to Donner for a nice day of fishing. We weren't a mile away from our condo when the tire blew off on the road luckily we didn't cause an accident! We called AAA. The driver came unprepared ( no wheel trolly) however he did go to "Incline Boat and Storage" to tell them what our situation was. Vaughn came right over! Assessed the situation and told us he could fix it! We went our way for the rest of our day until Vaughn called and assured us he had our boat towed to their place and should be ready the next day. Everyone we encountered at incline boat and storage, especially Vaughn and Joyce were super nice and professional!!! Also did I mention .... the cost wasn't as near as we were expecting to pay. It renewed my belief.... there still are some basically really nice people still out there! Thanks again Vaughn and Joyce for saving our boating vacation. Steve & Vickie Maggetti

We have been using Incline Boat Storage for 3 years now, and we just love them. They are at the launch site when scheduled and are very flexible with the launch and retrieval times. Eric has been launching us for the last two years he is very courteous and always provides a great experience. Joyce in the office is very patient with my many phone calls changing launch times. It has been a perfect boating experience.
