A peaceful spa environment and a clean, professional, and comfortable experience! I went to see Ashley for a wax, which is always a little nerve-wracking at a new-to-you place. She is really friendly and kind, and immediately put me at ease. The experience was really pleasant and I will be back!

Very Zen and everything a massage spa should be. Little touches mean alot to me and Jianna (I believe that was her name) was amazing! I will be back when visiting Lake Tahoe. Highly recommend.

I just moved to the area and came here for a spray tan after seeing reviews and the self promotion on the website of "preferred spray tan for dancing with the stars" so I assumed it would be great. I've been getting spray tans for the past 10 years and this was unfortunately in the top 3 worst spray tans I've ever had. I paid for the "dark express tan" followed all pre and post tan instructions, left it on for the max time (6 hrs) quickly rinsed in a cool shower and patted dry, and many parts of my body remained the same shade as before the tan (see photo) the front side of my forearms were most dark while my upper arms and backs of arms were practically not tanned at all, as well as my lower legs which were the same shade as when I came in. Super patchy and orange. For $60 and the advertisement of "dark" I expected way more, the only part of me that feels tan is my forearms and part of my stomach. I wanted to salvage it but unfortunately had to use a tan remover and exfoliator the next morning to take it all off. Two stars instead of one because I will say that the woman working was incredibly kind and the experience itself was very pleasant, I just wasn't happy with the result.

Arielle is amazing! Waxes are perfect. I also got a massage on another appointment and it was great! Definitely a returning customer!They also have great products.

This was an amazing experience. Katie was awesome. Not only did i get a massage, but i also got recommendations on exercises to strengthen weaker parts of my body. Mainly core and hip exercises. I have had a sciatica issue since Christmas, and Katie worked extensively on that area. One visit loosened it up, and i can't wait to go back for more treatment. 6 weeks at a chiropractor and no results. I will be back once a month FOR SURE!!!Thank you, Katie and Ashley

Terrible waxing service, the Mexican girl doesn't know how to wax, she left all my hair and I told her to remove it properly and she got angry. I asked for my appointment a day in advance and the next day they told me that they couldn't do the complete waxing because another client had booked an appointment at 5 and my appointment was at 4. They didn't respect my appointment, they shaved me badly, honestly I don't recommend it at all, and I would never go back!

My husband and I booked two couples massages for my birthday. One session for us two, and another session for his parents. We made this reservation a few weeks in advance and had planned our day around this. Day of, we get a call from the spa saying one of the massage therapists called in sick and won't be able to accommodate the couples massages. We were understanding of this, people get sick. But due to time constraints, we pivoted to only one massage for my father in law. I had spoke to someone on the phone to confirm. So we show up to the spa for the appointment, and they're closed? We waited for 30 minutes, and still no one showed up. We had no choice but to leave and I felt like we wasted a lot of time.

Booked in advance but their facial staff was out on leave so ended up With 90 minute massage with Brad. And I'm so glad the facial person cancelled!!! Might have been the best massage I've ever had! He was the BEST! Friendly and helpful and I highly recommend. My friend also got a massage from Kailea(?) and she was also very happy with her massage. I can't speak for any of the other services but none of that matters! Because the massage was AMAZING. the facility is clean and no frills. Great spot for a massage!
