“This store has the BEST customer service! I ordered some things online to be delivered to the store and I was so shocked when they called me to let me know they had come in. I figured I'd just have to be responsible for keeping an eye on my email for a notification there (which did happen too). The women working were all fabulous and helped me with my measurements when the bra didn't fit right. They worked with me and suggested a bra extender, which I had never even heard of, which gave me the extra inch I needed. Shout out to Melita, Terria, and Arianna for all their help!”

“This location American Eagle/Aerie is fairly new (opened Q4 of 2022), but I asked the associate here if this was going to be permanent and she said yes. I’m super happy to hear! The AE at the galleria doesn’t have “aerie” (their intimates/sleepwear/activewear line), and this is a full store of it which is super awesome. I went when they first opened so I think there was still a training process. The associates talked amongst themselves and many weren’t too sure of pricing and such. The store is pretty straightforward though with many checkout points (the store is separated into their two departments but offers checkout counters on both sides). Great selection too!”

“A private sauna - such a great experience! A friend recommended Drop to me because I didn't want to use the sauna at the crowded gym that I go to. Then I found that Drop is on ClassPass! I had some credits to use before my monthly membership renewed so it was perfect timing I reserved an appointment for Sunday afternoon and it was 8 ClassPass credits. The staff was kind and took me to one of the private sauna rooms. I told the staff that it was my first time so they showed me how to adjust the lighting, temperature, and sound. I believe there are 5 rooms in this location. There is a small space in the room for your belongings (see the orange chair in the pictures). The ambiance is very relaxing and I love how clean it is! Also, there's a Smart TV in the room if you decide to watch Netflix or another streaming platform. I brought a book to read so I didn't use the TV or sound system but I will give it a try next time. I stayed in for 40 minutes at 140 degrees. I believe the appointment can be an hour long but I arrived a few minutes late and took some time to settle in. Overall, I enjoyed every minute of Drop and I will visit again soon Note: When you visit, arrive about 5-10 minutes before your appointment so you can have time to settle in. They provide towels to sit and/or lay on. There is an ice cold towel too, if you want to cool down.”
