Was in the store last week. I saw a mug I thought my mom would like so I picked it up and continued shopping. While I was walking around some lady who worked at the store grabbed it from me and said oh I can take it upfront. Not even bothered to ask if I needed help or if I wanted her to take it just snatched it from my hand. I can afford a $15 mug thank you I’m not gonna steal it. When I called her on it she just gave an akward laugh until I took the mug back from her. Never come here unless you wanna be profiled

Excellent customer service. Turned a bad experience into a positive one. Ordered a cafe coffee maker that was shipped, upon opening, realized it was returned evidence by the water that was coming out of the coffee machine.Called ahead of time and spoke with Lisa who was very apologetic and informed me likely they do not have any in stock but she checked the back.Once I arrived, Lisa informed me that the she did not have any but she went above and beyond. Called for a replacement and informed me I could go while she waited for customer service to confirm replacement.She called shortly after and apologized again for the experience to confirm replacement order and expected delivery date.

It's so true. It is so difficult to find competent employees. You can't just "fix" everything you do wrong with a smile on your face and a friendly greeting. What happened to hiring competent people? A mistake on an employee's part could have and should have been resolved with 1 phone call. Not the case here. It took 2 managers, 1 assistant manager, 2 employees and a dozen phone calls to customer service and still nothing got resolved. Luckily, I was able to speak to a professional customer service person on the phone today, who immediately took care of a problem it took these women 7 days to figure out and still couldn't get a resolution for me. Exhausting to say the least. Won't be going back to this store any time soon.

I wish I could rate them lower than a single star here. I purchased a $17 can of pancake mix while there to pick up a specific gift for Christmas. Not like me since you can get a bigger box of pancake mix for $3 at the grocery store, but I was in a good mood and looking forward to making Christmas breakfast for my family. I opened the mix Christmas morning and poured a cup into the mixing bowl. It sounded like rocks hitting the bowl so I stopped to make sure there were no foreign materials in the mix. They were candied pecans! Hard as rocks! I took one out to press it with the bottom of a glass to be sure of what it was and it wouldn't smash! I looked at the bottom of the packaging and it expires in Jan 2023 - one month from when I bought it! Glad I didn't serve it! Could have broken someone's tooth! I put the dry mix back in the container to return it with the receipt which I still had. I walked into the store and handed it to the cashier who informed me they did not accept food items back especially when opened. (How would I know they were rocks if I hadn't opened it but anyway...) She called the manager. I showed the manager the receipt, the expiration date on the container and her response was, "Did you buy it on clearance?" First of all, no and second look at my receipt to see what I paid for it and third check your product shelf life manager! She looked down her nose at me and advised me she would do it THIS TIME! Horrible customer service and horrible way to treat your customer! You're right, you'll only have to do it THIS TIME because I won't shop there again! Good luck staying in business acting like that in this world of online buying!
