Ridiculous waiting time. Don't understand why they can't open another window. Person walked out while another supervisor stood there doing what ? Manager walked out wearing an outdoors vest and looking way too casual. Upper management will get a hold of this review when corporate reads this.

I always have a great experience at this branch. No lines, fast and helpful service and the employees are very pleasant.

Worst customer service ever. No one wants to help you. Why the heck are they still open? Because of them (and the Green Valley branch) we moved banks to Chase. Excellent service there and advanced technology. Wells Fargo? Not so much!
