For personal banking needs I highly recommend. Had an insurance claim where they sent me a check with Wells Fargo name on it. Other branches sent me to this location and Jose B was able to help and get the paperwork done and for the check to be deposited. Took about 1hour and had Jose complete several times. For Wells Fargo I just want to make sure you recognize this employee. Would highly recommend Jose if you are looking for a personal banker at this location.

Hands down the worst banking experience I have ever had. Today I took my son here to open his fist bank account. Was told his ID and social security card along with his mail was not enough proof of identity to open a new account. They couldn't open his first account without a credit card in his name with his social, ID and his father standing there. I hope Wells Fargo fails as a whole. Now off to bank of America.

The handicapped parking spaces are taken even though there are no customers on the bank. We called ahead to see if a notary would be available. We were told yes. When we arrived, they said someone would be with us in about 10 minutes. The bank employee approached us and said she can not help us. She took about 5 minutes to explain that she has an appointment coming in. The notary request was for a one signature, one page document. She would have been 1/2 done during the span of time it took for her to explain she didn't have time for us. Very very poor, low grade customer service. I've banked with Wells Fargo for over 30 years. I have never had such poor service and encountered a woman who had every excuse to NOT assist me and my 80+ year old mother. We instead went to a UPS store and were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Shame on this Wells Fargo employee.

Jennifer was one of the most unprofessional branch managers I have ever encountered. I will not be returning to this location again. There are a lot in the area so pick a different one! She couldn't answer simple questions about my account and she kept cutting me off while I was speaking.

It's such a terrible branch with such bad management, low staff, unknowledgeable tellers (not that uncommon, but this is worse than average) that I switched all of my accounts and am transferring tens of thousands out to Bank of America. I had nothing but miserable experiences here, to the point where I'd be literally shaking with rage 3 times in the last 2 years. Enough is enough. They need to close this branch and forget about it. They're literally losing customers. I could throw a baseball and hit this branch from my house, but even that convenience isn't worth the miserable attitudes of the staff here. I can't recommend enough DO NOT ever go here.

This is the worst branch of the worst bank in America. The tellers are always unpleasant, never knowledgeable, they truly work to hire the most miserable people they can find. Only the managers are dumber than these clowns. I have never hated any business as much as I hate them. If you ever want to get anything done, they won't help. Period. It doesn't matter if - like me - you run hundreds of thousands through their bank every year. You still get awful service. I hope from the bottom of my heart Wells Fargo stops existing.

I'd give zero if available. Beware if you are scammed money by someone online and have total proof they will not do anything they don't care. Horrible bank will be looking into leaving for another soon.

I know, it is a bank, and a Wells Fargo at that, so there are issues. My suggestion, go to another branch. Staff are "Do you have an appointment crazy?, and the new branch manager is just not pleasant, void if social skills. I have business and personal accounts, and after my private banker left service at this branch is miserable. I now travel 10 minutes to Anthem, always pleasant, and so much on accounts fixed.

Wells Fargo always is my favorite bank, and Ms. Katherine is one of my favorite Premier banker. Few years ago she helped us at another location, so Happy to see her again!

The person that does the atm verification of deposits is a liar and a fraud. Open investigation into this branch beware of them!

Very disappointed bank manager was very rude. She said I had to come in to deposit my $200 just because they were in one's. I never had this problem before. I think she just wanted to be difficult.
