This location always has great service. Tellers are friendly and helpful. Roxanne was the banker that helped me with a wire transfer, she went above and beyond! She patiently answered all of my questions and was empathetic to my concerns. I am so happy to switching my banking to this branch and will recommend this Wells Fargo to anyone in the area!

Complaining about who does wires. Telling customers they can't wire they have to go to another Wells Fargo. This is ridiculous!

Tommy was our teller and was SO HELPFUL! We are traveling soon and wanted to be ready. Tommy was knowledgeable, informative and kind. We are glad to bank with Wells Fargo.

Went in for a currency exchange order and was given great service. They were kind, efficient, and nice.I do most of my banking online now, but it's nice to know if I need personal assistance, I have a bank near by for all my needs.

This bank chain has appalling banking hours. Yesterday I went to the Eastern and St. Rose branch, arriving at 4:57pm. The doors were locked BEFORE 5pm. The next day (Sat) I returned only to find out that branch and most others were closed on Sat.By accident I found the GV branch was open to noon. This was, I am told, the only branch open! The line was backed up to the front door, snaking twice to get to the front of the line. I am handicapped and had to stand in line for over 15 minutes to reach the counter. Once there, the clerk politely said I could sit (in an area she pointed to with chairs). Within 5 minutes I was brought to a desk where a very exuberant bank clerk named Tommy took care of me. He was the only positive experience I had with this Bank.

Easy and quick service. Needed cash from account and don't have a debit card. No problem they help you quickly and are able to help with ID and a text message code. Recommend banking with WellsFargo.

1:00 PM in the afternoon and the bank is closed. Bank hours are from 9:30-4:00 PM. You have all these people stopping by and shocked to see you closed

I dont understand why this branch is so under staffed... constant long lines any time i come to this location...as i am writing this there are 7 people in line....only 2 tellers....if this is a consistent issue...staff accordingly....Branch manager obviously doesnt care about the customers time. Or the tellers have no idea what they are doing...Branch manager Josephine keeps running back and forth between them completing relatively mundane tasks...

Look another branch this place is very lousy and the staff here is very unfriendly. My Cousin been here for five times just try to open an account but they giving her a reason that the one handling her information is on leave and that they can’t help her. Look somewhere else don’t waste your precious time here. Based on how they treat their customers they don’t care.

Happy Aloha Friday!Just wanted to acknowledge all the great folks of this branch for the awesome service they continue to provide in these very interesting times. However, I'd like to especially thank Lizette Lara the Relationship Banker at this branch. From the moment we walked in to the when we left, she was very welcoming, warm and sincere in helping us resolve my father's checking account issue. We were very impressed from the start and both felt that if we needed anything from Lizette in the future, we have full confidence she can assist us and give that woman a pay raise! So if you have damaged currency the bank will not take it..lol..send it to the US treasury department..wow
