Bad experience. Brought in my phone for a new battery. In attempting to replace the battery the screen got broken. In replacing the screen the volume and power buttons got broken. They did fix everything and i had my phone back in a few days but the generic screen that was used to replace my original one cannot be seen with sunglasses on so I can no longer use my phone for navigation during the day. Now i have a new battery in a phone that must be replaced. Sad.

Just horrible dude broke my case on my phone and said he didn't then tried to get over with the prices trying to charge 260 for a cracked screen seems like they try to pocket extra money I wouldn't recommend

This is actually a battery's plus location. They were incredibly competent.They had the parts that were needed and fixed my screen within in within an hour Absolutely 5 stars!

Best customer service! C. Stern is a great manager and deserves a raise. He has helped me twice now with my car and bike battery. He helped me properly diagnose my stator on my Honda bike. And now with my d*** aux battery for my girls car. He is Always honest and only wants to help out his community.Thank you Mr. Stern!!PsI will always be a battery plus customer thanks to you.

Stopped in on 1/11/2020 to get my iPhone 7+ cracked screen fixed. There was no line so the job was done 20 mins flat. There is parking out front and great customer service. Would recommend this place for a cracked screen. Pay with cash and it will cost $99.

I went to this store with anticipation of slending $90+ on a new cell charger port and spent ZERO! The tech who helped me (Jonathon) was able to clear out whatever was blocking my charger and didn't rip me off. Didn't even charge me any type of service fee. This place is awesome!
