I go to Walmart a lot. The best part of my trip is seeing joy the door greeter. She is always soo friendly. If it wasn't for her I would probably just got to the Walmart closer to my house. Thank you joy for all your hard work and dedication to your company.

customer service was rude and none of the workers were helpful. walked around the store for 20 min to get something off the top shelf and no one would help me. had to ask a security guard to help. worst location ever.

Store is surprisingly clean for the amount of traffic it gets. It is across from Sunset Station, so I am sure it could be a lot dirtier. Staff are helpful and usually quite happy. Vibe is decent, not as menacing as it could be with all the things happening at other Walmarts (reports of gang violence in parking lots at Vegas locations, thankfully not this one). Henderson at its worst is nothing close to Vegas at its worst -- for now! Fir selection, I think they seem well-stocked, usually. Not always though because they are often so busy. Decent prices. Not bad! Deserves a higher rating than it has gotten from others, imho.

Kanoe was very rude. I was in line at the customer center line to return something she ignored me and asked the person behind me to come up . Then Shawna ignored as if she didn't hear me saying how I was skipped disrespectfuly . I previously gave them a 5 star but I definitely change my mind after this. I don't recommend. I'm African American and the lady behind me was white.

This store is busy especially during season Steadily stocking to meet customer demand. Associates are friendly and helpful. Prices reasonable. Variety of choices for inventory. Fresh vegetables and fruits

I was the third person in line to get an oil change at 640 am then comes other cars just cutting in lines on the other lanes so I told the workers that and they still took on other cars without appointments. This is ridiculous and had complained about it to the manager. That's how customers will get into fights if they don't get it together

Shelves always empty. Total dump. How do you run out of celery? Seriously? Good bet they are out if anything you came for. Lettuce on the shelf expires the next day.

We came in to purchase just a few things & get some new eyeglasses for me. First we had some difficulties understanding the lady in the eyeglass section. The manager came over several times to assist & explain prices, fit & so forth. Then we went to pick up some Christmas candy. Since we mail a lot out we get it early. We had trouble locating what we wanted. An employee, Rodney, who was stocking candy on the shelves, stopped what he was doing & asked if we needed help. I said we wanted Ann unopened case & he said he'd look in the back to see if they had any. A few minutes later, he carried out a case! Kudos to him! He would get 5 stars if it was possible. Two star rating is due to the rest of our visit. Since we had a case of candy, we thought we might have problems at the self checkouts. But, absolutely NO cashiers on site. NONE! It's pretty darn close to the holidays, the store was crowded & no cashiers. When we arrived at a register, we asked for assistance & a lady says sure, looked at the register & said "This is out of service, it needs cash." And WALKED away. There was no sign, nothing to indicate it was unavailable. So we waited for another to open. Once it did, a male employee had just finished helping someone so the Mrs asked him for help. It took her three times to explain that we had a case containing 24 individual boxes of candy & we thought it would be easier if he rang it up. Well, go figure. He took one box out & ran it over the scanner 24 times. We could've done that. We come here a lot, but it's really sliding into a downward spiral. If I have to check myself out, I expect an employee discount. If I'm working for you, pay me. Hire people who at least act like they're concerned about the customer, not just walk away.

Very unprofessional, Employees don't know how to answer the phone as if that's not their literal job. I couldn't think of what y'all could be doing during that time. I was on the phone for so long and kept getting transferred it's obvious y'all don't like your jobs or something. Do better.

The tire and service center is the worst in Henderson. I definitely recommend going to discount tire or any other place. But the Walmart on marks. They miss quote, you prices to get you down here. And then as soon as you get down here. The price is different than what they said. Over the phone. They tell you the job will only take an hour and that's a lie . They sent me a text message telling me my vehicle was started being worked on at 215pm so i showed up at 315 p m and my truck still hasn't even been touched.

My review is for Ms. Gusella. She checks the receipts as customers leave the store (salon side). She is the sweetest lady. She's always smiling and so friendly. She told me her 'ambition is to make customers happy and enjoy their day' and she does just that...for me anyway. I've been shopping there for years and I've never seen her frowning or just 'passing time' marking receipts. She deserves a raise or bonus for being such a cheerful little lady.

We accidentally left a nozzle attached to a hose that I had to return due to a piece missing. The people in customer service were incredibly helpful, but when their manager, Terry stepped over he told them they couldn't give me my nozzle back until I produced a receipt. I didn't have a receipt for it, it wasn't supposed to go in the box in the first place, it was an oversight, but it was also mine, even though I couldn't remember where or when I'd bought it. I asked if he thought I had stolen it from the store, and he said, yes, that's what people do. I couldn't believe what was happening, I guess my mind doesn't think that way. I told him I didn't steal anything, I just wanted my nozzle back, and he said he was offended by me and walked away. He told someone to find another one in the store, perhaps to prove that I had stolen something that they carry, I don't know why, but I waited about 5 minutes until the person returned, and said he found nothing like my nozzle on the shelves. A very kind and helpful associate named Johnathon gave me back my nozzle, and completed the return transaction, (I had exchanged the earlier hose to try to fix my watering issue, but it didn't work either), and before I was finished Terry walked over and said loudly, "if we have shrink then we have shrink". I'm guessing he meant for me to hear that, and also hear how he still believes I stole my own nozzle. This was childish and unnecessarily disconcerting behavior for someone given the responsibility of a management position. Terry could learn a lot from Johnathon, and I praise that entire department for working so well while having someone so explosive manage them.

so yesterday I went to buy a few items, when my husband called when I was shopping and asked me to pick up a bottle of wine, so when I was checking out at self check, I was asked for my ID, I didn't have on me, as I was just planning for a quick run, I asked her are you going to ask me to go out to my car to get and she said yes. I'm 69 yrs old, I told her, she said I'm sorry but we have to ask for ID, for anyone even if they look 40.What? so even if I look 40, isn't that also over 21? this is the 2nd time I've complained about this issue. I asked the lady who checks my receipt if I looked 20 yrs old, she said no, but if I was buying alcohol even if I looked 40 they still needed to check an I'd. The last I checked isn't 40 older than 21? I know some young people look maybe 20, but I doubt a 69 yr old looks 20 yrs old. I don't appreciate walking all the way way back to my car which isn't close by.

Well. The 1st time ever! Almost half the check stands were open BUT only because there were no cashiers. Every one was a self check out line! I wondered why the lines were so short. Also, how or who is going to call out for a "price check" on items that don't have a price tag on them?

This Walmart has the rudest workers I have run into over the last couple of years . They don't smile , the ones that shop for customers don't move out of your way and they act as if they own the isles because they come within inches of hitting you with their carts. It's also bad enough how high the prices of everything are but , to add to the aggravation we have to ring up our own grocery items etc. then have some waiting at the exit door to check our receipt to make sure nothing was stolen . Unless they change the way they treat customers they will lose a lot of business . Remember the customers are the ones that bring in the money so that you employees are payed . WORD OF MOUTH TRAVELS FAST AND FAR !
