We have never had any issues with this store. It's a nice clean environment and the people are very helpful and friendly. I will definitely shop here again. I'm also very happy with all of the furniture that we have purchased so far.

Our sales associate was David Poret. He was absolutely fantastic. Did not push us and did not follow us around. When we did have questions he wS there to answer them. Got his card, will definitely ask for him when we make our next purchase.

Fantastic customer service. The sales associate that we worked with was Penny. She was so helpful. I really wanted one chair in a pink color I saw on a different chair. She went and asked the manager and store buyer and they said they could absolutely make the chair and ottoman in the fabric I wanted. It would be an additional fee, but it could be done. I appreciated how willing to go the extra mile she was to help me find what I wanted. I have looked for months trying to find something like this and was certain I was going to have to change what I was wanting. Everyone was very personable and not pushy. It will take a couple months before it comes in, but I know it will be perfect!

I take it back my good review...we got screwed...2 recliners with a few defect problems... called back the same day of delivery, we were told we get what we pay for maybe that's why they were on sale? well I thought we were buying high quality stuff at a good store and yes they say they can take back but we still need to pay 10% restocking fee and no return of money for the delivery. we were also told that normally they would be charging us 20% restocking and a $99 pickup delivery, that's the best they can do...so now we out almost $300 and have nothing to show for it....buyers beware!

Came in for a chofa and recliner, got good deals and left with a swivel coffee table too! Worked with Richard he was very patient while I sat in and re-sat in a bunch of furniture.

If you're looking to purchase a new mattress this is the place. For those experiencing chronic back pain such as myself finding a great mattress offering a good night's sleep is priceless. The Tempur-Pedic with an adjustable mattress is high quality and the most comfortable I've ever had. It conforms to the contours of the body without giving you the feeling that you're sinking. I highly suggest the firm mattress over the others especially for those with back issues. It is a bit pricey but definitely worth the added expense. It has truly made a difference giving me a restful night's sleep.
