They only fill your prescription partially because they run out then when you try to get the rest they tell you that you have to pay full price because your insurance won’t cover it because it too early. Even trying to explain that they already changed you and you are owed doesn’t work. They are completely incompetent and just clueless. I have literally changed insurance companies because my old insurance company only allowed me to use this pharmacy. Absolutely horrible experience I would not go here if it was free

It is always a friendly and helpful store. There is always a large
selection of products at reasonable prices. The store is clean and well stocked and well-lit. Security is always a top priority.

My family was helped by a beautiful lady named Kendra in the photo department, And although we had no idea what we were doing, she was such a pleasure to work with!! Thank you, Kendra! Great customer service skills!

Every single time I come to this Walgreens, even though I’ve spent so much money here, I think I’ll just drive a little further and take my business elsewhere. The store manager and employees always follow me around while I’m shopping and watching me like a hawk. I had a couple of things in my hands and instead of offering to get me cart, both managers are standing by the door as if they are security thinking I’m going to walk out with the items when in reality I just wanted a shopping cart to put my things. Treat your customers like human beings and maybe you’d have more than 2 stars on here.

I have been going to this place, regularly, for at least 10 years and most of the employees are super nice and helpful. There is just this one pink haired lady on the register that is friendly with some people, but she has had an attitude with me every single time she rings me up. Her smile suddenly turns upside down and it's all sharp, one word communication. I asked this morning if I could get cash back and she said, in a demeaning manner "yes, it comes up when you slide or tap your card"(like I should know this!!). I tap card, it goes straight to pay and doesn't allow me to get the cash out. She then says, "it must be your card", to which I responded, "no, I have got cash out in multiple other places". She just makes a grunting noise. I go to the ATM right by the register and get out money (paying the $3.75 fee that I had specifically gone in there and spent $34.57 on miscellaneous things just so I could get the cash back that I needed without paying a fee). I turn around and she's leaving so I ask if I can get change (rather than just stand there waiting for her to return if she's not able to give change). She stops, takes a deep breath like I'm annoying her, comes back around and silently gets me change without saying a word. She is always rude to me like this and my son says she is rude to him too. It makes us feel very uncomfortable as she is selective about which customers she is polite to.

I usually have no issues with the pharmacy until today all I did was call in and check the status on a prescription long story short technician Samantha was very rude and short with me and told me the pharmacist will have to view again but looks like can't pick up til tomorrow and hung up I had to call back second time because I wasn't done asked her name she responded rude and told me stop wasting my time on the phone and hung up

This is the worst Walgreens I've ever shopped at. I needed help to find a item I asked a worker he said you have to find it yourself I'm too busy. I said that's what they a here for to help. He said then I'm tired of doing your job for you I asked for a manager he said he was one. I asked for his name he took off his name tag he would give to me

Rude cashier didn’t know that I had to show an ID for a transaction I was doing she was a very rude about it instead of explaining it to me. She was also very rude to the guy before me who left because of her being so rude maybe she shouldn’t be upfront on the register seems every time I come in here she has an attitude.
