Another absolutely terrible experience at this Walgreens. Last week I was yelled at by a staff member and today he yelled at me again. I waited over 30mins in line for my medication that they said they had ready last week but didn't. The man told me today it wasn't ready. Odd since they've called and emailed me to say it was. I said ok I'll wait. He started yelling at me to get out of the drive thru line. I guess I don't understand how I should have to wait for everyone else but when it's my turn I am not given the same service. And by service I just mean my medication. Had to go inside to wait and he was rude along with the rest of the staff. I told him I get they're busy but he can't talk to people this way. He was incredibly patronizing. Transferring all my medications to Amazon pharmacy. Why deal with idiots who are also jerks when I can deal with no one and get my medication delivered to my door for the same cost. I'm done giving this store a chance. Never a good experience!

As someone who values convenience and reliability when shopping for essential products, this situation took me by surprise.Upon checking the Walgreens website, I noticed that infant Benadryl was listed as available at my local store. Naturally, I assumed this information was accurate, so I headed there with the expectation of purchasing the product I needed.To my dismay, upon arriving at Walgreens, I was informed that they did not have infant Benadryl in stock, despite what their website indicated. This situation left me in a frustrating predicament as I needed this product urgently.I understand that inventory management can be challenging, but for a reputable company like Walgreens, ensuring the accuracy of their online information is critical. Misleading customers, especially when it involves essential products, is disheartening.I strongly urge Walgreens to address this issue promptly and ensure their online inventory aligns with the actual availability of products in their stores. Contacted pharmacy and wow he was very rude. He didn’t say anything and just put me on hold. Customer service sucks!!! I would have given a zero but 1 was the lowest stars they have.

The rudest, most impolite, insolent pharmacy employee I’ve ever encountered. Just about every customer in the pharmacy was disgusted by her attitude. She worked at 6/7 pm this Friday evening.

I'm in agreement with the comments made about the pharmacy staff, particularly the Post Covid/remodel staff hired. This new pharmacy team is extremely rude and acts inconvenienced with anyone who calls and inquires about their RX. There is no excuse to be so rude. I loved to come here before because the staff was so very kind, but now the reaction to a question is gruff, rude, and disrespectful. My husband and I will be moving our prescriptions to another pharmacy. We have been customers for quite sometime, but now we don't need to be spoken to in such an angry, intolerant, and uncomfortable manner.

Rx drive through is so slow. Cashier is clearly confused about how to enter insurance info. She has no one helping her! 4 cars behind us. We have been in line for 30 min and another 20 when there was 1 car in front of us. Get it together!

Just TERRIBLE customer service. Insufficient staffing to handle on-site or telephone questions. Was placed on hold for 15+ minutes and finally was disconnected. Other pharmacies are much more responsive than this location.

"There can be no happiness without good health." Voltaire Happy what is in this particular phrase? Is it just a word to be used in any situation? In order to be happy, we need to have our basic needs fulfilled. We have to know that what we need, in order to be happy is going to be available. Just be happy, just knowing that your "basic needs," can be found here at Walgreens. Walgreens is not just a pharmacy, it's that corner store, it's that place where we can buy those basic products in order to be happy. Don't worry, did you forget something important? Do you not feel like going to more than one store? Stop in here for all the needs you have. Are you well? Feeling under the weather, now stop in at the local clinic for a check up. Do you need your prescription filled? How about printing some photos from your phone to hang on the wall? It can all be done here. One trip, then your off to your happy place again. Browse and shop through the aisles. What time of year is it? It's going to be Easter here real soon. Don't put all your eggs in one basket because you might need two? All the Easter fun and special treats can be found here. Hop on in and get those treats to make those around you peep peep with happy. Do you need some help? All you have to do is ask for what needs you have? The staff here are highly qualified and trained professionals in the art of health. The staff can direct you to that aisle of the store where you will find what ever you need to be happy. As you usually wander throughout the store an employee will often ask you what you need before you even know it. Now that you can have all your needs met in one place it's just easier for you and yours to be in your happy place .

This Walgreens is close to my home and I’ve always had nothing but a good experience here. Photo department is convenient and easy to use , pharmacy has always been helpful and friendly. Robert helped me out one day and was super nice , friendly and went out of his way to assist me

I placed an online order to save money on a deal since CVS was charging more. Their policy says at least 30 minutes. I got there 10 minutes after I placed an order. I actually ended up buying a few more items in store. I approached Robert the manager about the online order. He seemed bothered that I was asking about it since it was just put in.He was doing his register tills, so he went on to do that. When he came about about 30 minutes later, he didn’t say a word to me. I asked if he needed my ID or email, he didn’t answer. No eye contact, not a word. I asked again, and he said not needed.I asked how his day was going, and he said busy. Still no eye contact. I sarcastically said you’re so nice. He replied back, I normally don’t get people that come in 3 minutes after an online order. I stated it doesn’t mean you have to be so rude and cold.He sarcastically said have a nice day.I know I came early and acknowledged that it wasn’t ready, but it doesn’t mean treat your customers as if they are less than you.The average 2 star rating shows how much the manager cares about his business. I apologize if I was such an inconvenience.Do better!

Was in town visiting family members and had to stop in to get a few things for my sick kids. The manager Robert was a great deal of help. He knew his store and where everything was. Nice guy saved me time and money!
