Every time I use this Walgreens mistakes are made and systems are messed up and staff are SLOW. Like DID YOU EVEN GRADUATE HIGHSCHOOL. Why you gonna tell me my prescription is ready for pickup NOW and I literally jump off the highway to grab it before leaving town but when I walk in the door it’s still processing and I have to wait 15 min?!? JUST DUMB. Waste of my time and now I’m going to be late getting out of town when the prescription was ALREADY 5 HOURS LATER THAN THEY TEXTED ME IT WOULD BE READY FIR PICK UP. I’m so mad at how many times THIS Walgreens has waisted my time messed up my day and been RUDE in the process.

Thankfully I was able to transfer pictures from my camera's memory card to a DVD. It's unfortunate that I couldn't confirm the download went through before leaving the store. Fortunately I confirmed everything went though by checking the DVD at a local Walmart.

The “manager” (dark short haired old lady) was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude. Clearly very miserable. When I went to another employee, ( short Latina in the front) she was much more helpful and friendly

If I could give zero stars I would. They can't seem to keep my prescriptions straight AND cancel my prescriptions without my knowledge or my Doctor's knowledge. Horribly managed pharmacy and will not trust my medications being processed at this Walgreens. Switching over to Smith's!

Pharmacy staff is very rude and unprofessional, whether you call from a Dr office or as a patient . If you hate your job or are miserable with your job simply quit. Ridiculous no common courtesy or manners this location needs group therapy or to check their mood elevator daily before starting their shift.

I made an appointment online to have vaccines at 8:30 PM. They close the vaccines at 7 PM since they don't have enough traffic of people come in to do more vaccines. If that's the case they need to contact the people that have appointments after 7 PM and let them know that their appointment is canceled or they need to update their online appointment scheduling availability. I am so frustrated and so disappointed. Now I missed out on work and will have to figure out getting here again. What a waste of time.

Katlyn was extremely rude and embarrassing. I asked a simple question . If they sold alcohol. I was stopping by there to buy some for a friend. cause it's on the way to their house. And Walgreens sells alcohol. She said no but I can sell you rubbing alcohol and you can drink it on the street super rude girl matter-of-fact she's lucky I'm not her mom.

This Walgreens just got a little remodel which looks great! Even better is the Navy Federal Credit Union atm! People here are always so helpful and good conversationalist!

Terrible customer service by the sales associates. Nobody seems to know whether or not they have particular items in stock despite Walgreens.com states it's in stock.

I always have to wait to pick up my prescriptions from normally an unfriendly staff. Yesterday took the cake. I went to the drive through, was the only car. He stated the computer was down. Never came back to say they were working in it. After sitting there for 15 min, I pressed the bell. Only to ask if it was going to be long, I'll just take my cards. The guy was so rude, walked over hit the intercom and said "I'll be right with you" hung up and walked away, I tried talking to just say I'll get my cards and come back. And he once again, got in the intercom long enough to be extra rude and tell me he would be over soon. Came back a couple minutes later to once again tell me the computers are down. That would not have bothered me. It was the lack of care, and refused to listen to me. I was not upset at first. It's a topical medication. That I have been trying to get my skin treated for months. I could finally afford it. And I won't be back to get it after that. He treated me like trash. And now I'll have to try and get my prescription transferred. You never know what someone is going through. Listen when they call you. They may be pleased with just coming back later and need their cards. The rudeness I received was unbelievable. I won't be back.

I hope this is the location where Ms. JEAN works, because she is the sole reason why you should visit this store!! If you have any needs in the beauty department, Jean is your woman. She is sweet, professional, knowledgeable and makes every intimidating part of the process of getting pretty disappear. My review is a few weeks later than I intended, but I hope that Ms. Jean is given the due credit she deserves, because she is one in a million!! Thanks again!!

This place is on a different level of unprofessionalism, we show up for a script, they say they don't have the info, no worries we will call and figure that out. Figured it out, called them back to see if they can, they did, and than continue to tell us they told this that when I was there and told me to wait 10 minds. That's when things went bad because they never did, she fear out lied so she wouldn't admit a mistake. When we told her it was a lie, she hung up on us, NO SORRY ever given. Just blamed us. Called and talked to a manager and they told us they would compensate us in some way, nope they lied again.Than as I'm standing in line, I'm hearing someone that sounds like gee say, " I said sorry I was so nice I don't understand j said sorry." You didn't. She was acting like a high school girl that can't admit fault in anything. This girl is the young lady in the pharmacy with the glasses. She will lie, lie, lie, lie, and lie , what a terrible person that works there. And the manager didn't help much either.
