I hate to give them even 1 star.. but this entire team in the Pharmacy need customer service training.. Also common sense training is needed badly! a customer had some issues at the register regarding money, after this was settled and the customer left, the ladies behind the counter proceeded to talk trash about that person and her money issues and that same person made a comment about "is that a man or a woman?" , OUT LOUD, where the entire line could hear them.. Super unprofessional! and just scummy in my book...this on top of all the "regular" issues makes Walgreen a place I'm ready to be done doing business with.

now i see why this place has a low rating on google it’s the worst walgreens on earth. if driving a little bit out of the way is worth not coming here. the employees need better training with reloading cards cuz they are clueless and slow

I really wish I read the reviews before I sent my prescription here. I sent over a prescription for an inhaler because I have an upper respiratory infection @4pm on Tuesday. The automated line let me know it would be available today. Wednesday at 11am. I arrived to pick up to be informed that they haven't received it yet. I went home and called the automated line for next 3 hours. Finally at 3:30pm I decided I would call the pharmacy to see if there was other options. I spent 30 minutes on hold before the call was hung up. The worse part was the girl picked up the phone 6 times to say "sorry for the wait, I'm assisting other customers, please hold". If she would have just listened and helped for (1) minute, it would have been more efficient then to tell me to hold !!! I tried to call the pharmacy manager and was again on hold for 20 minutes before hung up on again. It's now 5:30pm. I still don't have my medication and no status update.

Pharmacy runs at snail pace. Checking out customers should not take as long as it does. The guy behind me in line abruptly left and I saw him 10 minutes later in the drive thru window.... The line inside hadn't moved.

Prescription sent from my Dr on a Monday. Went in on a Thursday still not filled. One excise after another. Not the first time happening. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store. The pharmacy is a joke.

They need to keep their system in line with current medical recommendations. I tried to get my RSV vaccine (36 weeks pregnant) as advised by my doctor and they refused, saying their system won’t allow them to process the claim without a prescription unless I’m older than 60. No mention of this on their website (which also says it’s recommended for pregnant women) or when I made the appointment. Waste of time.

Shorted me 2 month of a 3 month prescription. Billed my insurance for 3 months. Refuses to acknowledge or correct their mistakes. Rude when I was calling and trying to remedy the issue. I've never had such poor service from a Walgreens before.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 45 minute wait for a vaccine with an appointment is ridiculous and unacceptable. The pharm tech that I asked for an update with needs a customer service lesson too.

This Walgreens wouldn't honor GoodRX. And offered no excuse. They just said "yea idk why but nothing we can do."

l love walgreens but this is the worst walgreens I've ever been to. Pharmacy staff is rude unorganized and unprofessional....not to mention slow!, the store manager is overtly rude. Items are never in the right places. The front end workers seem to be doing their best but lack leadership. I hate that this is the nearest walgreens to me.

I waited 20 minutes in line to get the covid bivalent booster. Which I had a scheduled appointment for. Anyways when I finally get called by one of the pharmacy techs. I told her that I had an appointment and which vaccine I was wanting to get. And then she tells me that they don't accept the insurance I have. So I don't understand why their website doesn't say which medical insurances they accept. That way people don't waste their time going somewhere that no longer accepts there insurance. Also the lady who helped me seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. On top of that they are extremely slow at this location. So I recommend people go to a different Walgreens location or even better CVS.

Terrible customer service. The girl working in the pharmacy blonde with braids just now, let this man skip me in line when I had been waiting there already for 10 minutes. I’m so irritated by the lack of attention and customer service. Isn’t the first time I received bad service from the pharmacy here. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

The pharmacy did not provide my son's prescription at the date and time that they promised. The medicine was needed very badly because he was in severe pain. I called the pharmacy to see what they could do to help us get the medicine (transfer to another store, etc.) and the pharmacist hung up on me. My main gripe is that they provided an estimation that they did not meet. I would have tried different pharmacies if I was told it would take days. And obviously hanging up on a customer who is desperate to end their child's pain is unspeakable. I strongly encourage the public to stop going to Walgreens. I hope they go out of business for what they did to me.

Hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. It takes them hours and hours to fill a prescription. And to top it off, they are a bit rude.

Everytime I call when the phone is answered they immediately hang up. Horrible customer service; I'd rather my call get answered and be told to hang on a minute while they ring up a customer in store than wait on hold for hella long just to get hung up on and have to call again
