I have never had any issues at this pharmacy, until today. Svetlana is so rude and condescending! I could go on about her and her attitude. She should be moved to another store or fired! Because of her, I will be moving my monthly prescriptions to a competitor pharmacy that's located across the street

Horrible pharmacy technicians, they keep on messing up prescriptions and refuse to accept responsibility and lack basic customer service skills.

The pharmacy department is not efficient at all to say the least. Everyone there needs to be retrained in efficiency and customer service.

I'd like to thank Adam at the Walgreens Store #6424 located at 1360 W Horizon Ridge Pkwy Henderson, Nevada 89012. Went into the store on May 17, 2023 to re-print photos and received the best customer service from Adam. Good customer service is very rare now days but Adam renewed my faith that it can still exist...THANK YOU ADAM!!!!!!Another customer service person at the same store by the name of Susie was the total opposite, she was awful, didn't offer to help when I was in need...I reported her to the store manager that day.

The pharmacy personnel has really fell off. They never have medication in stock and on some days it takes forever to get prescriptions. It used to be fantastic!

Please post hours of operation on your windows instead of rudely ignoring customers and walking out. The sign you put up to say you're closed is not readable with the heavy tint on that window. Only after waiting for 10 minutes and hitting the call button and watching you walk out the door (viewed from the window you can see through) you can then realize you're just being ignored. A simple "Hey we're closed please come back tomorrow; we open up at 8AM." would have been great. Thank you.

Worst place for prescriptions, they never have it in stock when they say it’ll be ready. Can’t trust this place for pharmacy needs. They also have bad customer service, rude employees.

Staff has always been pleasant & helpful, pharmacy went above and beyond when I had to get my young son Covid tested for return to school after having asthma. It was quick to get an appt, next day & they were short staffed yet so nice & patient. And helpful with insurance. Great customer service.

I went to Walgreens to get my up to date tetanus shot, as I will be a new student at UNLV this fall. I chose Walgreens because other pharmacies closest to me, such as CVS, did not have tetanus vaccines available.I've been to this Walgreens before for prescriptions many years ago, and oh boy, it has gone downhill. My appointment was at 4:30pm and I didn't leave the pharmacy until after 5:00pm. The pharmacist that checked me in was obviously not trained correctly. It took me 20 minutes to get checked in because she couldn't find my appointment confirmation in their system, though I made the appointment sometime last week (luckily I had printed the email they sent me which had my confirmation number on it). I was getting aggravated by the second because when I gave her my last name, she kept giving me the incorrect first name, on top of that she also gave me somebody else's street address and phone number. At this point I nearly lost it, but I kept my cool. She was really lucky that I wasn't having a bad day.The only positive thing here was the lady who administered my vaccine, Valentina, who was super nice. Due to incompetent manners from the other pharmacist, I asked Valentina to double check if I was getting the tetanus shot and not something else. She said yes and I was given a record copy to send to the school.In short, if you need to get a vaccine, go elsewhere.

I always use this Walgreens out of convenience because is just down the street from my home. I keep giving it tries and hoping one day will get better. I'm so done with it, the wort costumer service ever, slow, rarely more than one employee there to help. I always standing in delay lines specially the photo and FedEx pick . The people at the pharmacy is always rude. I believe the quality of their environmental work place makes them feel miserable. Just not worth it anymore and slowly I am switching to CVS across the street that has been more helpful. This Walgreens really suck and gets me out of my nervous. I am here for a FedEx pick up package, waited 15minutes for the cashiers lady to finish ringing people up to come help me. By the way, she couldn't help bc it is not her department so she had no clue how to help. I waited another 10 minutes for someone else to come and help and to tell me my package wasn't even there. I wonder now where my package is.

Marie is the single most professional and empathetic pharmacist you could ever hope for. Throughout this ccvid19 chaos, she has kept her cool under extremely stressful conditions. Her staff reflects her extraordinary management style and she is always looking for ways to go above and beyond. She respects your privacy and if there is better product for your needs, she will flag it for you. I have no idea why she is not in top management at Walgreens. She is a one in a million person and employer who deserves significant recognition...Karen W
