The new manager is very rude and unprofessional. He's only been working their a few months. He doesn't have knowledge about sales, pricing and discount. He needs customer service training all around. He was very intimidating with me to the point that I will go elsewhere to shop.

After waiting in line for 30 minutes behind two cars, I pulled up to the window, the lady working looked at me in the eyes and literally rolled down the out for lunch screen (no pharmacist on duty) sign, and there were no cars behind me. People like this shouldn't be allow in society's workforce much less work at a pharmacy. What a joke.

Very disappointed at the professionalism of their “floater” today. Raising her voice at me on the phone, and then AGAIN in public when I tried to get clarification on the next steps to take with my doctor to ensure that I received my medication. I will be talking to my doctor about changing where they send my prescriptions

If I could give zero starts I would. The customer service at the pharmacy is terrible! We get a recording to pick up the medicine anytime after 1pm so we show up and the rude lady at the drive thru says no, we won't have it ready until 230 you need to come back. It's such an inconvenience. I asked her if I could just wait and she she says no! We are going to lunch in 25 min! I said well it's not my fault the recording says to come anytime after 1 it's frustrating. She said not my problem either and hung up the phone while I was in the drive thru line. Kelly seems way over stressed and maybe needs some stress management classes for sure as well as customer service classes. I will definitely be switching my prescriptions to another pharmacy as this one always seems extremely chaotic and unprofessional. The store part deserves a 5 as the employees are always so happy to assist.

The worth, quality and service. I decide to print here our wedding photo, and it was the biggest mistake. When I came to pick up my order first time, because I received a message that my order is ready, it was just not ready, when I came to pick up my order, the second time, they told me that equipment is broken, and we need to wait, I was waiting, and when I came to pick up my order the third time it was already too much. The quality of the photo was disgusting, they cut a half of a head of my husband on the photo, and when I said sorry, this is very bad quality, and you cut half of my husband's head , they answer: yes correct Walgreen photo print is not the best and they took money from me.

Was in a desperate search for Tylenol for my parents who might have COVID (this has not yet been confirmed awaiting test results), after my mom texted me and told me that she and my dad were all out on their end. After Albertsons across the street was fresh out of them, I went to Walgreens. Now come to think of it, Walgreens actually should've been my first pick for OTC medicine.I try to avoid Walgreens as much as I can after the pharmacist at a different location screwed up my tetanus shot appointment earlier this year, but the employees at this Walgreens were very helpful and friendly. Upon walking in, I asked Destiny, the pharmacist, where the Tylenol was and she directed me to them in the back of the store. There were plenty of Tylenol products to choose from, including Tylenol PM. I selected the regular Tylenol containing 100 capsules ($11.99 plus tax) at my mom's request.The lady that checked me out was also friendly and understood that I didn't need a bag for one single item. Very clean and well organized store.

Horrible. My son and I have Covid and the doctor sent over a prescription to this Walgreens because I liked that it has a drive through and we wouldn't contaminate anyone. This Walgreens couldn't figure out how to bill the insurance even though we use the same insurance for his three regular prescriptions he fills every month at Savon with no problems. So I said fine, send it to Savon and they refused, said Savon had to request it. So, I called Savon and they called them and Walgreens has still not sent the prescription hours later while my son gets sicker and Savon closes in just a couple hours. They don't care about people's health and obviously don't know how to bill insurance either. Will not make this mistake again. I hope my son doesn't pay for their inaction with his health.

Worst Walgreens ever! First visit could not get curb side pick up per no staff. Today after leaving urgent care and going to pick up my rx they had no pharmacist in the store. Waited 30 minutes pharmacy never opened. Tried to ask the cashier who replied I don't know, I don't work there. Finally found the "Manager" she stated she saw the pharmacist come in. Waited 25 more minutes and left. Pharmacy never opened. Manager was hiding in the isles like she was shopping. Went to another Walgreens and got the rx filled. Good bye Walgreens never again.

Needed help getting something from the cosmetic area that was locked. Lady came over, not very pleasantly. Not even near me or the item I need, "what do you need" she said. Then gets over to me and says "what do you want" . It doesn't take much to just be kind as this is your job you chose. Side note: cashier was very pleasant and he was very nice :)

Do not use this pharmacy! They simply do not care - As one example - after confirming my prescriptions and waiting forever in line although there was just 1 car in front of me, I had to wait yet another 20 min because only 1 of 2 prescriptions had been filled - a prescription written for 100 pills only 10 were given and as of date I am still waiting on a solution as my insurance will not authorize another refill. You can't reach them by phone and when you the answer is " let me look into it and will call you back" this of course never happens. This is just 1 example - after over 10 years I am taking my business elsewhere - the lack of care is throughout the store.
