Big kudos to Alex the pharmacist! I came to this pharmacy with my son, concerned about his high fever. I was put at ease by Alex's calm demeanor. He was very professional and listened intently to everything I had to say. The medication he suggested quickly alleviated my son's fever and pain. Not only that, but he made sure to ask me my son's age and weight and told me exactly how much of the medicine I should give him, acoording to those parameters. Alex appears to be a young man in his twenties. I'm sure that he will do amazing things with his life!

I'm so sick of this place and their medical staff . They constantly get orders wrong and don't delete old prescriptions when told to . Even with the app on my phone I constantly get messages telling me my prescriptions are ready but when I get down there to pick them up ... they either haven't filled them or they tell me the order isn't ready . They drive thru is very slow , nobody should have to sit so long in the driveway. You need better trained staff ... this is obvious if you look at your 2 star rating . Straighten up people , even today you got my order WRONG !!!!

You're better off buying your prescriptions from Moldova than this Walgreens Pharmacy.I've never experienced such incompetency. Prescriptions are never filled, and they'll make excuse after excuse as to why they're not ready."We don't hold prescriptions past 12 days." It hasn't been 12 days. "Well we're approaching 12 days." What in the world does that have to do with anything?Go anywhere, ANYWHERE but here. Otherwise, be prepared for long waits and argumentative pharmacists.

CORPORATE needs to do something about this store -- they have very little in the store, the pharmacy is a joke. A Prescription was called in at 8:30 this morning, was not filled by 4 p.m. Went back an hour later and they pulled a box off the shelf. Was in the drive-thru for 20 minutes and stood inside the store in line for 15 minutes and they wonder why people are short with them. No customer service!

dont go here for covid testing. waste of time. had an appointment for 11am, was there 15 min early. 3 cars in front of me and 45 mins later they haven't started the 1st car. what is going on. dont advertise a service you cant do

If I could give zero stars I would, I have been going to Walgreens In California, Florida, now here in Henderson for 25 years. This is by far the most inept crew and nasty manager and pharmacy manager I have ever encountered in my 65 years. Just got on medicare this January, first time ever to the 101-lake mead pky Walgreens, asked for a pneumonia shot and a flu shot. Gave them my Humana gold card and driver's license and told them I am on Medicare Advantage, no charge for this vaccine. They handed me the usual bs paperwork to fill out and kept my card and license for twenty minutes or more. Finally they gave them back and I waited a bit longer and got my shot. This is February 5, April I get a letter from my prior insurance I had for only 4 months last year and never used anywhere that they paid the charge and I owed them $281. Once again it was gap insurance I cancelled December 31 and I never showed that card to anyone. Walgreens never entered my Humana card they had for 20 minutes and when I left just pulled up this prior insurance from some system the have and charged it. I called Walgreens immediately when I opened the letter from Health Plan of Nevada asking for repayment as I was not part of their insurance plan. They should never have paid it but fell through the cracks. Walgreens put me on hold for almost an hour. With my phone on speaker I drove down to the store and watched them continue to put me on hold without explanation. I just wanted to know how they screwed up the billing. Was told to come back tomorrow as the phamacy manager Alicia and store manager Toni Jo, were already out of the store. Next day I approach the manager and she had a really bad attitude and never really took ownership of the problem. It was if I was annoying her with my problem THEY CREATED. Finally and reluctantly she put in for a retro billing to correct. I also called corporate as I did not trust her at this point. I just got my second notice from Health Plan of Nevada looking for me to pay this as Walgreens still has not reversed this of yet, 6 to 8 weeks they said, now I have to stall HPN to not put me to collections and ruin my good credit. As I waited to speak to the manager I witnessed several customers yelling at the employees because of wrong prescriptions filled and one lady screamed you could have killed my daughter. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION, NOT ALL WALGREENS ARE LIKE THIS. THEY NEED TO FIRE THE MANAGER AND PHARMACY MANAGER AND CLEAN HOUSE. They will never see me there again, lost my business forever, not even an apology for all my aggravation and time spent trying to undo the damage they caused.

It is very deceptive when a website says Walgreens will give free flu shots, then after making an appointment traveling 15 minutes, and waiting in line for 25 minutes, only to find out it's not free. I should've known better, I will stick with CVS going forward.

Skip this location. Staff are mostly trainees who aren't asking the right questions. When I had a question to the pharmacist, he didn't take the time to understand my questions and answer fully. Try another location.

Michael is amazing he goes above and beyond his duties to help you out. I don't know about the rest of the staff but highly recommend Michael (Manager) to help you out with anything. We definitely need more people like him.

Never would I ever go here! The pharmacist has no idea on what they're doing. They send messages saying they filled your script, then you get there and they say we don't have it but you're more than welcome to call around to other Walgreens and see if they can fill it for you and we will send it over to them so they can. This is also AFTER the pharmacist gets on the intercom on the drive-thru and says make sure you give both the scripts at the same time to prevent the nausea but they only give you the anti-nausea meds! This is AFTER their system sends messages saying the scripts are filled and then the pharmacist tells YOU that THEY don't have any control over the app you're using on your phone to check the prescription status! But then the tech interrupts the pharmacist who is calling other Walgreens to see if they have it (because apparently all the sudden they can see inventories in other stores when you raise hell about the situation) and the tech tells the pharmacist, "I need you to look at this order and see what's wrong with it." What makes it better besides the rude Tech is when the pharmacist hangs up the phone and starts to actually help with what the tech just asks for a different customer! Then to make it better, I get home and all the sudden when I'm at the actual store raising hell, they manage to go I. The system and update it to say "we can't fill this other script cause it's out of stock."

Always on hold for hours and hours with this pharmacy. Nothing is ready ever. My son could bot even get his eye medication. It is a complete joke. Go somewhere else!!!!!

Waiting to pick up my prescriptions. They are all ready, over a half hour. I'm the third one in line. Extremely poor service. I'm moving my prescriptions out of here.
