I have been going to this in-store pharmacy for almost 20 years. It is the best pharmacy in Henderson. The staff is highly professional, affable and dedicated to the patient and their needs. Lan and her staff are the most accommodating pharmacists in Las Vegas. She is so helpful and concerned, I have had follow up calls just to make sure that I have not had any problems with new medications. Even with all of the changes in health care and formulary issues, this pharmacy is dedicated to giving the best service and working through these changes. The staff frequently calls the insurance companies and works on my behalf. And if there is an urgent need, they always accommodate my requests. I even get a call alerting me to any change in co-pays, which is extremely helpful. The staff also includes Nick and Arnold, both extremely professional and always concerned for the best outcomes with my numerous medications. I typically write short reviews, but this pharamacy is the best in the Las Vegas and Henderson area and they deserve your patronage. And the fact that the Vons store was remodeled last year makes it an even better choice. Highest recommendation.

I don’t know if they had a switch in management or what, but no matter what time you call they NEVER answer the phone. You just cannot get through to anyone, much less leave a message. It sucks that this place is the cheapest with GoodRx because you can’t get a hold of someone when you need it. Smiths, and Walgreens pick up their phones always. Either get more people in or get people that will answer when a patient calls. They have terrible customer service. If you didn’t want to deal with people, work in a lab!

Out of convenience I went to this Vons instead of Albertsons where I normally shop. This employee at the self checkout was yaking away with another employee instead of helping customers. By the time I got her attention she was grumpy and condescending. She acted like she was doing me a big favor instead of providing "customer service". Unlike Albertsons on Bicentennial where employees are always helpful and friendly. I understand both Vons and Albertsons are of the same company but the customer service at these two stores are like day and night. I will do my shopping at Albertsons or inconvenience myself and go to Smith's.

I love Von's for their convenience. It's everything else that I dislike. I'm particularly saddened by their move to electronic discount coupons when one has received a vaccination at their pharmacy. It's a great incentive BUT one must sign up for their coupons and deal messages to be able to use it. I get enough junk solicitations. I hate getting more. For those not tech savvy, getting a coupon to use is difficult, From here in out, I think I'll be going to Smith's or if they merge, Walmart. On the grocery side of things, the prices are high and continue to increase more than I'm seeing at the competition. Another reason to move on.At least the store is clean and has an adequate selection.

Complaint against cashier SONJA, 9/16/2023, 14:14...this cashier showed apparent discrimination, an older Caucasian couple was ahead of me...SONIA was so nice to them, even told them she entered the rewards for them, was careful with their groceries and told them to have a nice day. When it was my turn, she threw my groceries towards the bagger and didn't say a word to me, snatched my money out of my hands. I couldn't find a store manager so here is where I file my complaint and will exhaust all avenues to make sure this doesn't happen again. RUDE!!

This store is great! It's clean and well staffed. I want to let you know that Bryan is amazing! He goes above and beyond what's expected. He's such a great guy. He does an amazing job with pick-up orders. Also when I go in I see him working hard to get the orders together. He absolutely deserves a promotion or a raise, in fact both! I would love to have him as an employee. Thank you, Bryan for working so hard and having a great attitude every time we cross paths!

This is a nice Vons in an upscale neighborhood. They are the closest to my home for delivery. It was my 1st home delivery and turned out well. The only thing I should have done was picked backups for some of the items, as a few things (fruit and premade meals) were out of stock. Other than that, everything was great! I was notified of the delivery window and when the items were delivered. Everything was set perfectly on my bench. Will definitely order again!

Vons couponing system is 100% criminal. I can't believe there hasn't been a class action fraud suit yet. Just for what it's worth pay close attention when you check out. Most of the stuff in Vons that says it's on sale Requires you to download another app scan a digital coupon and present the digital coupon at the checkout aisle in order to get the discounted price in front of the item on the shelf.They will never mention this to you at the register when you check out instead they will charge you eight dollars for two dollar items and just bring up your totalI just left there after returning an entire cart of groceries because of this practice and will never be back. Hopefully I'll be able to tell at least 100 people to do the same.When I ask the clerk, how many people are I write about this policy she said you wouldn't believe how many times a day that people are angry with her. I know that it's not the fault of the employee. It's a corporate policy of pure customer abuse.I'm a pretty sophisticated guy that is in the tech industry and this slipped by me I can't imagine all of the susceptible senior citizens in my neighborhood that have been screwed over by these guys for years and have no idea.

Great store! This is one of my closest stores and I have been coming here with my parents since I was very young. The store has always been kept very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are good here and there are a lot of great food, drinks, and snacks at this Vons. They have a nice cooler drink shelf where you can get a drink real quick in and out. The self checkout area is great and easy to use. Lines can get a little long during some times of the day. Staff helps out a lot with lines and making sure everything and everyone in the store is ok.

Morning. Noon or Night, the Produce section is (even with 4 employees ) never properly stocked. Why even have the organic section. For the the most part, it's either bare or bad looking product. Meanwhile other Vons and their partner Albertsons have pretty decent produce sections.

I like this store but am leaving a review so management can know of an issue with an employee. I was there at 2:50 p.m. on Saturday, April 15. There was a woman working the self checkout lanes (on the side by the freezer aisles). When she came over to confirm my age for alcohol purchase, she quickly did the survey on the credit card touch pad. She rated the visit a 10 and checked the box saying something like "Friendly Employee."This woman is falsifying surveys. She has no integrity. Who knows what else she is doing.

I love my local grocery store! It's just the right size that it doesn't take long to go in and get my things I need & then I'm out. It's nice & clean & the people there are friendly & helpful. The floral department, the bakery, the deli & hot food offer all the stuff you could want. Plus a Starbucks inside is a BONUS!

I love my local Vons and usually only have positive experiences, until today.
I placed a pickup order on the app last night for today. When all was said and done, my total was about $88.
I go pick up my order today and get an email that my total is now $144.
I called the help desk thinking this was an error and I am told that since I didn’t uncheck the “substitute best match” option that they can and will substitute my items with whatever they want with no regard to my total. I’m flabbergasted.
The person I spoke to was very nice and gave me a refund for the difference but was sure to let me know that this could happen in the future if I’m not careful to “uncheck the box”.
I utilize pick up at a couple of different stores and at all of them, if an item is out they will replace it with an item of equal or greater value at no additional cost to me. I’d rather they say they are out of what I ordered instead of deciding to spend my money on upgrades. Not a good look, Vons.
