This is the first time I ever went to an eye doctor since 2015. The staff was very professional and clear on the process of getting the right prescription for me. There was a vast amount of frame options to pick and they also had a bogo deal at the time. I ended up getting just one pair & can't wait for my frames to come in so I can experience the world in clear view. Thank you guys so much for the welcoming environment and knowledgeable individuals, I hope this store will be my go-to for years to come.

I have been using this location for years. Staff is professional, helpful, and friendly. With the doctor in house, there is no need to shop anywhere else. Plus, they contacted me to schedule because it had been over a year. They care about seeing me. And me being able to see them. Pun intended. ??

I've been going to this office for sometime, it's truly out of my way and super far from where I live. Today, I woke up extremely sick. I'm calling at 9:00 when they open my appointment is at 4:30 pm and still want to charge a same day cancelation fee. I guess they rather risk others getting sick than me calling in to reschedule. I guess it's the time to find a new doctor that's closer and more convenient.
So fare warning: they will take sick patients.

Chose this place because my daughters optometrists office moved from Galleria LensCrafters.. the very first time we came in to transfer her RX and order new contacts, the one particular woman at the front of optometrists office was just really dismissive and seemed unhappy to be there. Not friendly at all. The woman working with her seemed nice, but she was helping someone else - so I got stuck with grumpy. I figured maybe she was having a bad day and let it go. A month or so passed and I still hadn’t receive a call back about the lenses coming in - so I call. Grumpy answers (same tone/attitude) “I put that order in and we will call when they come in” let it go again. Call again a couple weeks after and am told that they came in a couple weeks back. I mentioned that I’d called since then and was told otherwise. “We wouldn’t have told you that. There’s a note that we left a voicemail..” I thanked them and said I’d be by later to pick them up. Brought my husband with me to make sure I wasn’t being overly sensitive and that these women were actually just rude - he agreed. Not greeted when we walked in just asked what we needed and what my name was. Grumpy got up, grabbed the lenses and handed them to me. No eye contact.
My husband asked if I knew her lol. Ladies …cheer up. If you are that unhappy dealing with the public, go elsewhere. It’s not that bad, and could be worse - I promise. We will be going across the street to Pearce Vision.
