“Professional, clean, organized, empathetic.
After an awful experience with another veterinarian (you can find the review on my page!) I walked into A Cat Hospital sobbing with my 4-month-old kitten. The diagnosis the other vet gave me was crushing - and turns out wrong! Both Mr. and Mrs. Dr. Anderson handled my kitten with care and were empathetic when it came to educating me. They consistently followed up as they promised and were kind, articulate and trustworthy. They did not rush me through my appointment and took care in answering all my questions despite me being very emotional. They even allowed me to stat order the results for a small fee.
They performed all the tests needed on my kitten and could definitively conclude he was healthy. I am so grateful for their care. Following my experience, I immediately asked for Dr. Anderson (Mr.) to be assigned my kittens primary veterinarian. I will recommend this business and veterinarian every chance I get. Thank you so much!”
“Dr. Davis is the best! She correctly diagnosed a treatment for our puppy's female issue and within 5 days, the problem had cleared up! We had previously went to another vet clinic for 2 months and 3 vets who were totally clueless on how to treat our puppy. I won't name the clinic who misdiagnosed but beware who you take your pet to. Thank you Dr. Davis!”
“I can’t say enough great things about Dr Augenstein and staff. We had to put down my best bud of 15 years and I was literally a basket case. They all did, but especially Dr A showed such compassion, gentleness, and patience-even stayed after hours for us. They went above and beyond to make the situation as peaceful as possible. “First visit here, Ryan at the front desk is wonderful, Becki got us situated in the exam room and ready to see the Vet ,she was sweet and friendly too. You can see they really love animals and enjoy their work. Really good vibes!
We just came for shots , nail trim and general check up, nothing elaborate . ( first visit for our new rescue)
The actual Vet we saw was not a “ regular” Vet on staff there , as she told me. I would want to meet another Vet next time. ( maybe she was having a bad day or not feeling well? , I know it’s a difficult job)
Still giving 5 stars, because Ryan and Becky were awesome!”
“My sister recommended this place to do a value of life check for my dog. They were great and could easily see they put themselves in our position and gave options. They help me make my decision with love and not financial gain. They made saying goodbye to my best friend, my dog, and my savior Rayne a respectful loving experience.

“I had a very scary situation with my Dog today, and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this establishment. I normally go to their sister location in Boulder City. My dog had a seizure and went limp at the river and I was frantically trying to find a vet to see her on a Sunday as I was driving from the river. They were very patient with me as my cell service kept going in and out of service and dealing with me as I was having a hard time to control my emotions. After they felt like I should be arriving they called to check up on me to see if I was close or lost. They met me at the door to get my dog seen immediately.
Money is very relative, and I would have spent anything…. However they were very fair in the cost in my opinion. I was expecting it to be at least 5x.
I am very lucky to still have my best friend snoring next to me.

“I've been going to Henderson animal hospital for 13 years and the front desk staff are very kind. I have 3 cats 2 went to a different hospital and 1 was going there for 13 yrs. Well the 1 cat that was going to another hospital wouldn't take me for an emergency they said they would fit me in tomorrow. Really?? So Henderson said bring him over now . I did and after blood tests and ultrasound they kept him overnight to see if he improves, but sadly his kidneys shut down completely and there was nothing that they could.?. My boy was 15 yrs old and to have him go to sleep was the worst decision I had to make. But the staff all assured me it was the right thing to do. They had him cremated and a nice urn and bag came with him. So about 1 month later my other cat who is now a patient there is diabetic and caught it in time. Thank you Henderson for being there when no one else would step up and take us right in. Catnip is on the bottom. And shady in the back gets groomed there as well . Awesome groomer and Snickers is in front of her who is diabetic.”
“Dr. Alex Jancic was extremely knowledgeable and communicative. We adopted a pitbull puppy from the animal foundation and he had a respiratory infection and cough that wouldn't quit. Dr. Jancic provided our pup with much needed hydration and antibiotics. The staff was also great and patient dealing with very stressed dog parents. Judge is on the mend and his energy and appetite are back. Thank you Dr. Jancic!”

“I live all the way in North Las Vegas (close to the Speedway) and I drive all the way to see Dr. Bower because he’s kind and truly cares about the pets. He doesn’t recommend extra diagnostic procedures unless they’re necessary. He doesn’t try to make money. I highly recommend this clinic.”
