This store is horrible came in one day and someone said they would he right with me then 5 minutes later they help someone that comes in right away so I just waited another minute and yet another person walks in they help that person then I said excuse me I've been waiting here before them and they said ok then continue to help the person so then I just walked out as the guy said "I'm just getting him checked him"...... Um ok so I don't need to be checked in? For this store to be a "Corporate" store this is far from it. That is the worst customers service I have ever witnessed from Verizon and unacceptable. DO BETTER! The phone service I have already sucks. I have to travel to the store on Green valley and they are way better it's ashame I have to travel farther for better customer service. Plus the employees look like they don't want to even be there or help you. Just go to a different Verizon store and avoid this location if you can..

Randy was able to help us resolve some issues with our new phone and watch contracts. We first signed up under the Verizon Red Hot Deals Days but Verizon corporate rescinded our offer. Randy was able to work to remedy the issue and get our contract correct per the agreement we originally signed. Thanks Randy.

A gentleman named Ron waited on us, was without a doubt one of the best experiences I have ever had. Ron went out of his way to address all the concerns I had and did his very best to solve any problems I had, will definitely return to this location for any future Verizon business I might have

Having trouble getting Verizon apps on my phone. I have spent lengthy call times with customer service on the phone to try and help me with the roadside assistance of which I pay for on both lines I have. Person in Verizon store named Sky turns me away to go home call customer service that she is not trained to to help with these things.I have a hard time believing they don't know how to helpe get the roadside assistance on my desktop.First time I've been turned away from this store to help with Verizon app and programs I pay for.Very disappointed.I pay a lot of money to have Verizon only to get turned away for help at a store location ?I asked if she could look to see the person who sold me my new phone and what day that person works. She said I have to check in and wait for 6 people to get helped in front of me to get that info. So here I stand in the store for something she should be able to quickly look up and tell me...as she stands around waiting to put the next walk in person on the list.

I spent an hour and 1/2 in this store working with a slow poke named Ron. I jntended to return a Verizon router and sign up for their advertised $60 per month plan that gets you connected and provides a new IPhone every year.I don't know why Ron had to spend so much time looking at his tablet device. He spent the majority of time examining my 12 year history with Verizon and in trying to add the new iPhone. After spending that hour and 1/2 patiently waiting for Ron and Verizon's weak computer systems to complete the transactions, Ron still couldn't assign the new phone. I had a small balance due on my account and even after spending that money we still couldn't add the new IPhone. Finally, my patience completely exhausted, I gave the Verizon router and the Verizon Bill I just paid to Ron and, as kindly as I could, I thanked Ron for the useless hour and 1/2 Cluster Boink that was essentially wasted trying to make progress on these issues and walked out, hopefully to never return to this house if incompetence ever again.If you must go to Verizon, find a different store.I am therefore off to acquire a new phone and services from Boost Mobile.So Verizon lost a customer and the opportunity to sell a new phone. Tough to imagine how this place can stay in business.By the way, I left my old Verizon router with Ron and told him it was useless to me. In his questionable decision, the router was sent back to my home via Federal Express.I am exhausted by all this madness and stuffed the router in a garage cabinet. In 60 days I plan to open up the router box to so what makes it tic and I may even re-purpose the inards if they are useful to me.Go eat rocks, Verizon!
