Customer service is very poor at this location. I've been a couple times and was in my opinion intentionally mislead. My latest experience included the sales person not being able to sell me just a phone, she stated I had to buy the accessory package. When I asked for a breakdown of what the phone would cost and then the accessory package she said she didn't know. Then went on to shut my daughter's phone off, we had to call and get it turned back on. The visit was a complete waste of time. I love Verizon service but help at this location is terrible.

I'm happy to report that I had a very productive and successful trip here today. My dad decided that it was time to upgrade his phone, so I initially took him to the Verizon on Lake Mead in Henderson earlier in the afternoon. They were a Victra store, which is an authorized retailer. More to the point, they only had one employee trying to juggle a gaggle of customers. We then opted to try this store, which we'd passed multiple times going down Sunset over the years. It's next to Harold's Chicken, which was formerly PizzaRev. Inside, it's more official-looking and had 5 or 6 employees working, with one of them named Jake warmly greeting us.We stated our intent to upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy S22 because there was a $350 discount available for it on that phone line. After accessing the account to find the offer, he told us that they only had the purple color of that phone in stock, which we okayed. He informed us that it would cost $9.72 monthly, which I did have to clarify was for 36 months and then calculated out to equal the correct post-discount price. He also charged us an upfront cost which comprised the sales tax (pre-discount) and a $35 upgrade fee, and he provided us with the printed receipt. Now for the buried lede: after he activated the new phone, we also requested that he transfer contacts/photos/texts/etc. from the old phone to the new phone. Jake was extremely helpful working the old phone screen, which had suffered water damage to the screen. However, he was able to play around with it and get the transfer going via the Samsung Smart Switch app. He was going to charge $30 for the service, but he ended up waiving the fee because the transfer was taking a long time and the store was closing soon. This felt like an above and beyond moment. He also helped us with some account changes. We inquired about the unlimited data plans and decided to upgrade to the least costly "Unlimited Welcome" plan after he said that it'd only be $5 more monthly. We also asked where the paperless billing statements were being sent. He was able to show us the email address, as well as change the email address to a preferred alternative.Overall, it was a far better experience than we'd feared. I'm so glad that there's a viable in-person Verizon option considering that Costco has abandoned their old wireless service third-party retailer and the local warehouse only offers T-Mobile.

Rude manager. Did not even bother to apologize for the inconvenience & misinformation. Instead I was told that their information is not insync with thei customer service department. Would not give me a chance to talk. I feel like they intentionally gave me the incorrect device. This is my first time with Verizon & I have all this sorts of problems right away. I haven't even started using my service yet.

I go to this Verizon only because it's nearest to my home. No longer, as I continually receive poor service from reps that seem to have zero clue what they're doing. Tonight, I had a manager who said she couldn't help me 30 minutes before closing to purchase an item because "her sales people were busy." I've had managers at that location assist me with sales many other times with no problem. I then asked her to check on one other simple item, and she proceeded to tell me to call customer service because I could get the answer there. Worthless.

I used to be a Verizon customer but cancelled several years ago.But I had to get home internet service & they were one of the few companies that had service in my area. They kept quoting me different rates & was charged $80/ month & asked for 1st & last month up front. Finally I found another company that had coverage in my area & I discontinued Verizon. When I called customer service to disconnect home internet she was surprised how much I was paying & could not find it on her rates list. She told me I didn't have to return unit. Then got another email charging me. Called them. Said I didn't return unit. Told them I was informed I didn't have to return unit. She checked with her supervisor & agreed I didn't have to return it. Today received box from Verizon to return unit! Verizon keeps finding ways to screw up & keep disappointing customers!

I love this Verizon Store. I have gone in 3 times to have something fixed on my Verizon phone. (I am not techie) Every time Ryan D. is there. he fixes my phone in 5 minutes or less at no charge. Last time I took it to a verizon store in Las Vegas on Sunset. They said it was fixed but it wasn't. I made a special trip to Verizon store in Boulder. Ryan fixed it instantly. (I had automatic answer my mistake). He said he has been doing this for 9 yrs. This young man is an asset to Verizon.

I have never been so disgusted with the way I was treated during my visit yesterday at my local Verizon store. My sales lady, Phyllis, made me feel horrible for switching from the Apple iphone to the Pixel 7 Pro. Not only did she make a comment stating how I was dumping phones and downgrading to bad quality, but she also stated that she didn't understand why I wasn't upgrading to the iPhone 14. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was that she didn't want to be there and made me feel uncomfortable, like I was a bad person for switching. I left the store in tears. I've never experienced this before, as the sales representatives are generally always nice. Phyllis was a horrible sales person.
