Sales associate couldn’t answer questions about half the merchandise in the store. Wouldn’t honor a clearly advertised sales price and then started cursing and complaining about how the store was “pissing him off” when I pointed out the Sale sign. What a waste of my time.

This shop is currently one of my favorite shops to get my stuff. Their in-house juices are good and there is a decent variety of disposable. I have no knowledge of their other items. Prices are not bad either.All my interactions with staff have been good and the ones I have talked to we're knowledgeable on vapes, juices, and regulations governing their business.Oh and I hope you get more iJoy disposable back in stock soon.

Very friendly and very helpful! They offer a variety of mods of all styles. Good juice selection. They had the replacement tanks for my fave vape that other places told me they couldn't get. Would definitely go to this place again when on that side of town.

I've been going there for probably over 7 years This new guy there had an attitude from the moment I walked in. I greeted him and all he said was. What do you need. He knows me. So then had his big chance to butt in and ruin a long lasting buJames's relationship. when I replied to the other worker merry Christmas to her happy holidays. starts telling me his opinion. bringing up witchcraft. ok then. even mentioning I'm a dick. I had to hear it again. yup. called me a dick. I highly recommend avoiding this place. that kind of treatment is unnecessary. I have been buying over $100 worth of supplies every month. well no more. and Merry Christmas So many other businesses that would welcome my $$

Worst Customer service in Las Vegas!I called the store after the vape mod I purchased 24 hours earlier spilled all in my pocket. The cap had come loose and by the time i discovered it. It was lost. It Was not in my pocket. I called the store and explained the issue. After waiting nearly 10 minutes on the phone. After saying they would call the manager they returned to the line to tell me their manager would be in after 4pm. My wife was the one to go in to exchange it. Simple enough right? No. They repeatedly told her that what she was saying wasn't true. The manager who she was there to see refused to speak with her. Your staff is rude. I coughed up the dough for a new one because of terrible customet service. "The customer is ALWAYS right." Will never shop here again. Very dissappointed and dissatisfied with the experience.

The vibe here has improved significantly over the last couple years... the staff feels way more welcoming now, unlike a couple of years ago when it felt like you were interrupting. Happy to see the change!They have a great selection of products; juice, mods, coils, etc.
