The self service part of this post office was locked when I got here despite the signage clearly stating the self service lobby should be open Daily from 5 AM to 11 PM. I drove 15 minutes out of my way to get here. This deserves one star but I bumped it to a three because they are actually quite nice here (when they’re actually open.)

Absolute worst post office I have ever been in. Incredibly lazy personnel working here. I walked in at approx. 4:57pm (store closes at 5:30pm). An employee keeps walking around me stocking envelopes, for sure notices the large item I am holding. After 10 minutes (5:07pm) he finally goes to the counter and asks what I need. I tell him I need his largest box to ship a 2.5ftx1ft stuffed animal pokemon that I won on the strip in Vegas. He says he doesn't have any boxes that it will fit it. I tell him I can squish it to make it fit, it isn't crazy big. He insists he doesn't have any boxes because he already locked up the area that has the really big boxes. THIS DUDE LOCKED UP PART OF THE STORE at least 45 minutes prior to the store being closed and refused to re-open it. The large boxed area was locked up prior to my arrival. He then complained about people like me coming in "last minute". Keep in mind there are tons of other people coming in after me. My guy some of us work past 4:30pm and then have to get to the post office. He said I could come back tomorrow, I told him that doesn't work for me because I have an early morning flight out. He just stared at me. Is this really how employees should be acting? Do your job.

I’m not sure about all these negative comments. I’ve had excellent customer service by multiple agents. Especially Angela she went above and beyond to find my lost package and took my info to communicate with me when she found it. And she was so kind

There is an Asian Chinese woman there. Unsympathetic, disrespectful, claiming she has a hearing problem, wearing a hearing aid, well go to the audiologist and fix it! I have one, too! I drove all the way up there in this heat! Rude person, claimed, no not at the P.O. Box, we don’t mark delivered, unless it is! I told her, yes it does happens all the time!?! I asked her, if I have another package! She denied without double checking, while she yelled into my ear, goodbye to a leaving other female black African overweight colleague?! Well turns out my package was delivered to the post office, but they didn’t hand it out to me! When I was overseas this incompetent woman, refused to take payment from a third party for my po box! That beach cost me extra $$$ plus nerves, since the post office isn’t even available on the phone, nor was there any other way to solve the issue long distance! She belongs fired! Horrible, now I have to drive all the way back there in the heat! What a stubborn self centered, unclean person! Never brushes her hair, always looks like she doesn’t wash herself?! She owes me gas money, plus unnecessary late fees‼️⁉️ just a bunch of ridiculous troubles‼️⁉️

Posted hours are wrong. Self service ends when they close up, not until 11pm as posted. They also open up way later than posted, and take their sweet time doing it

Ok we have over twenty people in line with one window open!!! Slow service and inadequate assistance. I will be driving out of my way before I come back to this location. Insufficient management at it's best. Should be a 1.0 or less rating. Sucks rocks!!!!

If your employees are constantly late to open and then go to the register and completely ignore everyone just taking their time I can see why this place gets such bad reviews and nothing has changed to fix it. Wow!

There was a line of people and the man who helped me rushed me through the entire process saying ‘I got you’ WELL HE DIDNTInstead of letting me review the addresses he was typing to confirm the to and from were correct he just shoved me along and now the package was sent back to MY address and I just had to resend it and REPAY cause he couldn’t take two seconds to let me review my information.I’ve been to post offices that have lines out the door and haven’t been treated like that.Thanks for nothing - go to a different post office or tell whoever the hell you talk to to pause regardless if there’s a line cause they aren’t being paid to pay attention to detail yall
