Unbelievably slow service, workers are rude, and nobody to answer questions just to get your mail returned. Can’t believe it’s possible to be this terribly run.

Anthony at the front desk is a gentleman and a pleasure to work with.

I’ve experienced delays due to broken mailboxes which has cost me thousands of dollars from missing mail with timed responses required. There is a lack of accommodations for the disabled available as well as the very long lines in person. The limited access times that are also problematic for night shift workers are prohibitive. Considering recent thefts of master keys, cluster boxes may no longer be secure. Especially with no timelines to fixing boxes that are broken If I were to have a personal box I would have had it repaired within the week with no missing mail which seems to be much worse when relying on picking up mail in person.

How is abcde aka the African American lady still employed there!?!? Review after review. Shame on the post master for this location and continuing to allow such behavior. It’s honestly the WORST post office I’ve ever been too. Hopefully they shut you guys down and none of you have jobs anymore.
I encourage everyone to make a complaint at consumer affairs 1001 e sunset rm 1002. It’s clear that the post master for this location thinks this acceptable behavior letting it go on this long. I’ll be heading there tomorrow.

Worker named Gola needs a hug or something. While I was in line, every customer who finished with her all walked away with a comment about her.

This place gives off DMV vibes and the black chick is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. She always has an attitude and never helps, she purposefully does not try to assist or listen at all and is extremely condescending. I know this post office could do better having people with that type of personality working there.

This may be in the top 5 worst post offices I've ever had the displeasure of having to visit. Understaffed, always slammed and small conveniences such as the package pickup / doortag line are now gone. No chance I'm waiting in an hour long line because you insist on having two people servicing customers with a 30 person line. Typical federal government efficiency. Can we just let UPS and FedEx bid on taking over the US Postal Service already?
Oh and to put a cherry on top, now they want extra postage for a forwarded package. Y'all can keep it, I'll just order another one let the shipper know it wasn't delivered and is now being held hostage by the uniquely terrible postal service of Southern Nevada.
Avoid unless you have no choice.

Came with my 3 kiddos to this location as it offers walk-ins on Thursdays for passport initial applications. We arrived 45 mins after opening that day and they said they've reached the maximum amount of people they can accommodate for walk-ins already. Bummer. But the ladies, Gola and Jasmine were so nice enough to squeeze all three kiddos in, because some people decided to leave their spot on the walk-in list. All the workers were so kind and patient with the process. Much appreciation to them!

I have used the drop box twice in 6 months and both times what I was sending never made it to it's destination. Not sure how that happens. And of course getting them to help to locate my missing mail is a headache

The Asian woman behind the counter is extremely hostile. The customer service is awful. The Sunset rd USPS is 100% better.

I am currently employed as a CCA at this location. Before starting this job, I conducted some research and came across information suggesting that offices can be disorganized and management can be difficult. However, I have found that this location is actually well-organized and the managers, Justin and Jason, are both laid-back but also serious about their work and mean business. Justin, in particular, comes across as the nicer of the two. Jason, on the other hand, appears like he could use a hug. I’m sure he’s a softie way deep down. Lol. The coworkers here are friendly and supportive, always willing to help each other out. It's important to note that this job can be stressful at times. You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed, experiencing emotional moments, or even panicking. However, it seems like this is a common experience for everyone in this line of work. Ultimately, this job helps develop mental resilience and strength.
