There’s a strong possibility that this is the worst run post office in the country. The lines are always long and after long absences, only one person comes out of the back, often not in uniform, talks to a customer and then goes back into hiding. After waiting, when you’re finally helped, most of the clerks are rude. It’s a real treat.
The cool part is they lose packages often.
If you’re lucky enough to have the option to avoid this place, you’d be wise to do so. If not, pack an overnight bag.

This is the 4th time I’ve had mail of monetary value not show up in my mailbox! Yet, mysteriously, all my bills and advertisements have no problem arriving on time! I went in yesterday to inquire about the one piece of mail that had a tracking number and confirmed delivery. I was advised that this piece of mail was put in the wrong mailbox. I live on Langley but the mailman put in the mailbox on “Spangley” street!! Kyle at the counter said he had talked to the supervisor and the carrier was making the correction . Anyone ever heard of Spangley St because I sure haven’t!!! Surprise! Surprise my piece of mail still isn’t in my box!!! They are clearly aware that stealing mail is a Felony!!

I would not have expected to receive 5-start service at a government facility, but that is what I got today. I went to the post office intending to buy a money order for my passport application. Upon realizing that they do the entire application, I of course changed plans. However, when they opened at 9 AM, I saw that walk-ins are not accommodated until noon. Still, the line for passports was short, and they worked me in. Thank you! You saved me a trip and a lot of hassle. Your effort on behalf of me and all of your customers has not gone unnoticed.

Office is unable to process mail hold requests. 3x in a row screwed up. The last time I put email confirmation in my box with note on outside. Now they are returning all my mail and packages.
They are malignant and stupid beyond imagination.

Useless customer service. They won't answer the phone. If you have a question about mail service, you have to go to the post office to ask. Why have a phone number on the website if they won't answer it?

NEEDS SHUT DOWN! Would give -10 if possible. How this is considered an operational establishment with more then a single star is beyond me. I have lived at the same address for going on 4 years now and for the last year I have been unable to receive any mail to my address other then through FedEx and not a single soul can answer me why. I have to have all of my packages sent in my fiancés name and then half the time even those are sent back to the sender! An absolute waste of tax dollars!

Put in a request for new mail box key in September 2023. Have been going to the post office for months asking for my mail.... the same responses "your mail is in the box", "your mail carrier hasn't left anything here", "your key isn't ready yet, the carrier should be putting it in your box". (The box that hasn't been opened in months, why would they shove more and more mail in it?! And I requested that the mail stay at the office so i can physically pick it up). I was told that when It was ready I would receive a call since I've wait so long... Never got the call. TODAY I was told by the woman IN the post office that my mail would be in my box, what a surprise, it's not. Been waiting on medical, legal and personal paperwork for months! Please give me my mail

It is unprofessional to be sassy to people who kindly ask to pickup their packages but what can we expect from those who are paid by the people’s dollar.

Human waste of skin , these are degenerate thieves working here with zero skill just collecting a paycheck. I have had several items stolen and frequently encounter problems with my packages. I would not trust them with anything and only use UPS now. I come in for all the free boxes and take as many as i can then throw them away at home . I order 100s of free ones by mail with free shipping weekly. My garage is almost full to the ceiling with free boxes. We will have a bon fire with these then order more. You should too. Thanks USPS
