“I made a horrible mistake while adding coolant to my vehicle... I had to have it towed on a Saturday morning to the service station. Miles was the service advisor thst assisted me and let me know it was a busy Saturday morning and my car probably wouldn't get on a rack until Monday, which I totally understood.
A few hours later, Miles called to let me know that they were not only able to look at it, but it was repaired and it was ready to go!!!
So happy with the super fast turn around as well as the incredibly professional service I received. There was no pressure on the recommended repairs the tech pointed out and I have my baby home where she belongs.... with me!

“Karen and Ed have restored my faith in dealership service departments. I took my 2016 Kia to their service department for an anti theft device to be installed. To my surprise there was an additional recall that needed to be updated on another 2016 Kia that I also own. I was able to bring them both in and they took care of both recalls in one visit. They were extremely pleasant and kind. Karen and Ed are awesome service department reps. I highly recommend this Kia dealership and service department.”

“Went to the service desk after making an appointment over the phone for an appraisal. The lady couldn't find me or know anything that was going on. Went to the other front of the store where my name was on the appointment board. Told a couple salesmen. One was quick to do it in a timely fashion with a great offer which was nice. So maybe him saying " you're going to be upside down" before even looking at the car wasn't really necessary. Mixed feelings about this place. The guy was nice and fast so that's why the 4 stars. The service desk not knowing about anything and the guys comment brought it down one.”
