I want to thank this branch staff for being very helpful in bringing my account status back to normal. I had originally went here once before to have my longtime account closed due the information being compromised. I already had a good experience the first time but this second time I had to say something and leave this review as it is the least I can do to show my appreciation and attention to this matter. Long story short, my account was froze due to the misconduct of a settlement funds administrator and locked up my finances and put me in a difficult spot. Jennifer, the branch manager was very helpful and resolved my issue urgently, same day, my account was back to where it was before this mess. You're truly a great asset to this branch and I appreciate you for being so considerate of needing to assist me during these difficult times. Thank you very much!

They purposely have their phone off and since they're a separate company, when you call smiths they can't transfer the call. This place is incompetent and the staff don't really care about the service lol whatever

This ATM is in fact not open 24 hours. When Smith's closes this ATM is no longer accessible.

I would give them 0 but not an option. If it was not for my husband, I would have left this bank months ago Their customer service is non existent. I went in a month ago about my daily mobile deposit limit (which until last month was higher, and I have been depositing the same amount for months) where they suddenly lowered it. They said they would fix it. Guess what, they haven't. The manager is condenscending and takes no responsibility for anything I am talking to my husband again and telling him that we are switching.

OMG...I had the BEST experience with this location. The manager, Bryan Haupt was absolutely amazing. I had called the customer service line twice and had been on the phone off and on all day between my payroll and the bank because my direct deposit check had not gone into my account. The US Bank telephone customer service could not answer my questions or figure out why the money went to a closed account and the supervisor on the line was rude and demeaning, accusing my payroll of sending the money to the wrong account which was incorrect. As soon as I walked into the branch and explained my situation to Mr. Haupt, he knew immediately what the problem was and resolved it. He made my payroll deposit available to me on the spot (even though it would not be normally deposited until the following Tuesday--4 days later!) He said he didn't want me to miss out buying my son dinner for his birthday as I had explained that was why I was so upset about the money not being there. He printed me checks to take to take to my job to correct the deposit issues. He acknowledged that it was not my payroll that made the mistake (as I was told repeatedly by the customer service telephone rep and his supervisor), and was apologetic about me being given incorrect information by the bank when the deposit was rerouted from a closed account 2 years prior. I was at the point of changing banks when I got off the phone with US Bank that day, but that all changed when I visited the branch Manager at 830 S. Boulder Highway. Mr. Haupt should be applauded for his wonderful customer service handling, his knowledge of the banks operations and policies, and his amazing ability to make the customer feel like they really are the most important thing that has happened to the bank! My horrible day from hell ended up on a great note with me buying my son dinner that night and all my banking woes resolved thanks 100% to Bryan Haupt's handling of the situation. I have never had anything but superb service when visiting this branch. The bankers are all courteous and friendly. This was, overall, my #1 experience with US Bank. Thank you!!!
