This review isn't so much geared towards this branch as it is to US Bank as a whole. I had fraud on my card from a company posing as Wayfair. Even the phone number was to an individuals phone, and she said she was getting calls all that day, and it was obviously fraud. The so called company shipped my product to a state I don't even live in and the email address got sent back to me. I have proof of all of it. I immediately called the bank and told them about the fraud. They said they would send me some forms to fill out so I could provide substantial evidence of fraud, that of which I had plenty of. All I got a few weeks later, was a letter saying there was no fraud and these criminals were getting my money. I'm beyond disgusted with this bank. I hate banks. This just solidified my dislike for them even more. Be careful with your money, they won't have your back when you need them to. My next step is to report them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and to let everyone I know on every platform what this bank is like. US Bank don't underestimate to power of a single person.Update:This bank on Eastern is a nightmare. The people are suck jerks. I've been waiting for 10 minutes at the window to just do a simple deposit. If you question why it's taking so long you get an attitude. The managers need to do an attitude adjustment on these young snot nosed children working there.

Tired of the outside atms never accepting cash when we go there to deposit, not just at this location either. We’ve been with US Bank for years, but definitely looking into others now

A month ago I attempted to deposit my money into the atm, and it took two different deposits. The ATM malfunctioned and did not deposit any of my money. Over $1,000 between the two deposits that was not put into my account. I went inside the branch and it took a while to file my claims. Was kind of frustrating that the bank teller that helped me didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I got my first deposit back and I'm still waiting a month later for my other deposit... this is absolutely ridiculous. I went into the same branch a week ago and they told me they couldn't see the status of my claim. And I've called the 1-800 number twice and they keep telling me to wait. This is unacceptable that nobody is willing to help me.

Yesterday when I went in the young lady that help me was extremely efficient and streamlined the situation normally the bankers in there that have been there for a while do not smile and do not make changes I've been complaining about machines since they changed them out that they're always out of cash or they don't accept cash for deposits and it never gets fixed It happens at least twice a week Thank you for listening It just seemed like there's less and less ATMs and available branches of US Bank I'm ready to switch and they charge me for monthly maintenance fee which is ridiculous I've been with them for over 10 years

I wasn't intentionally looking for a US bank ATM, but I happened to be making a stop in this shopping center and easily spotted this particular branch. I decided to withdraw some cash at the drive-thru ATM. I had cash on-hand for my day-trip to the Hoover Dam and some extra for the slots when I returned to my hotel on the Strip. I appreciated that this branch was very visible, even if you are not specifically looking for it, and had an easily accessible drive-thru ATM. Nothing special but nothing wrong--just got the job done.

I have banked at this branch for business and personal accounts for over a decade and have always had excellent service. All the management and employees go above and beyond and I would recommend to any friend or associate. Thanks for everything!

Common sense & professionalism would dictate that if your drive thru pneumatic tube systems are out of order & not working, that you would post a sign or place cones at the broken units drive thru entrance. But NO! Been a customer for several years, I always arrive at the drive thru just before opening, so of course the digital sign above the drive thru says 'closed'. They are fully aware when someone is waiting at a drive thru tube unit...because CAMERAS & people press the call button, so one would expect an employee to at least have the common courtesy to get on the speaker to inform the person waiting that their drive thru tube systems are broken! But NO! Extremely poor customer service this visit, which is a shame because they have always been so great!

January 4th around 10pm came to this location to deposit my rent money and the atm didn't deposit my money. Thousands of dollars. I called customer service i won't be reimbursed "possibly" til the next 10 business days. Do not go to this location !!! The atms may be tampered with. Or need fixing.

Just used the ATM and it worked perfectly. I would say the branch isn’t the most welcoming e.g. decor and staff compared to my bank in the UK.

I ordered food from Doordash for pickup on Black Friday. When I arrived to get the food, the restaurant was closed. I called the restaurant the next day who told me to contact Door Dash who in turn told me to dispute with my bank. I spoke with my bank and they treated me as if I was trying to pull something off. They issued a provisional credit for $64.10 which was the amount of the transaction. Today 12/27/2022 they reversed it, when I called to ask why the rep tells me they mailed me paperwork, which I never received. I asked why they couldnt just call the restaurant and verify they were closed. The rep made me feel stupid for not returning the paperwork but I asked why paperwork was necessary when they could simply call the restaurant. I demanded they call the restaurant while I was on the phone and they refused, so I went ahead and did it for them. The restaurant verified they were closed, however US bank will not return my money. They are crooks, they will steal from you. Unless you are a high net worth customer you are worthless to them and they will treat you in a way where you feel wrong for disputing a incorrect charge.

I'm so shocked to see the rating for this location. However this must mean the improvements the team has made is making all the difference. I've had 2 visits here so far and I am not yet a part of the bank but what I have noticed is how KIND, FRIENDLY, and PATIENT the employees are. I feel that they are all on the same page and dedicated to their service. I also can hear the personalized conversations with long time members and all seems well. In these situations you gotta give credit where it's due to the team. I look forward to joining thanks to my initial experiences. Thank you Cliff H !
