Double dipping is not right. They are collecting for vendors yet charging for boxes even it says clearly no packaging required . Will never go there for anything ever again. The ups on horizon and eastern is so much more professional and actually open on time. Only reason these jokers got 2 star from me is because of their location

The last couple times I've been here, the two heavyset brunette woman working there I noticed them treating the younger staff members which look like teenagers, very disrespectfully, I had to bite my tongue hard not to jump in and say something. Then again a couple days ago, they were both rude to me and another couple that had come in at the same time. The other couple left and said they would never come back again. Whoever the owner is should be aware of what's happening at their business, with them running it into the ground with horrible customer service.

I pay UPS a yearly fee to deliver to The UPS Store as an option when I am not home. This UPS store refused the package and returned it to the sender, all without bothering to notify me or give me the option of having it delivered to my home. THEY ARE BEYOND IRRESPONSIBLE! I have no idea how anyone gives this place their business.

When they can't make it, this company sends the message/lie 'sorry we missed you'. When in fact they do not even attempt to deliver.Most likely they don't care about this feedback... but wanted to write it in case someone will try to somehow organize the work better.
