I came here to do a return with a free label we got from a company. This UPS store charges $3 to print a label for you. $3 dollars to print a single page is outrageous. The Anthem location does not charge me.

I was dropping of my Amazon return at this
location .around 8:10am the employee named Fret was so RUDE to this African American woman and me . He’s seems very racist towards minorities customers. I’m not doing business here . Go to Anthem Village locations instead .

This review is for one particular individual, an older lady with a bad attitude! I have had three rude encounters with this lady which prompted me to write this review! She needs to work at the DMV or the social security office where you expect to deal with rude employees, not a small neighborhood business! This woman NEVER speaks even after she is greeted, she snatched a package out of my hand and the last straw was when she called me “girl!” Not like “hey, girl, hey!” But like bring back the 1950’s type of “girl!” I don’t know what her issue is but she is need of professional and sensitivity training! I can definitely feel a shift in the environment when she’s there, the other employees working with her seem stressed and unhappy!
I may give this location another try because of the convenience and the other employees are sweet as pie! We’ll see!

I typically don’t have an issue anywhere in neighborhood but this location made me feel uncomfortable. I went Friday afternoon and the girl working the notary section kept coming back and forth through the line between me and other guest without saying excuse me. Then after I was done at the counter and turned to walk away she bumped me, I said sorry but she kept walking and didn’t acknowledge it. I know you guys were busy but she was like that the entire time I was in the store.

Don’t have online print if the employees don’t like to go trough the process of logging in because it takes more time. You go there with a Oder number only for them to say no can you send it directly to the email. So what’s the point of online service 30 minutes waiting for them to say that .

They are helpful and courteous no many how many times I call. They help with heavy packages to my car without hesitation. They know our to handle crowds & assist everyone expeditiously.

Great service & array of products offered!Been coming to this location for 20 years & have always been treated & serviced with efficiency & appreciation.Training must be good because every employee does a great job,The manager ,Pam goes out of her way to give you the service that you should get but don’t at other places.

I absolutely love this UPS they are very fast friendly and very helpful they actually seem interested in trying to help you especially if you don't have a box they are very friendly to sometimes look in the back for example if I don't have a big enough Amazon box to return my stuff in and they don't charge you that nonsense for taping up your box like other UPS nearby that I've been to

I visit this UPS frequently, as I live around the area, and have never had an issue once. The staff here are very supportive and value customer satisfaction. I want to especially mention Bella, an employee, for helping and staying patient with me ship out my packages. I’m sad to see her leave, but I know that the other staff members are just as helpful as her. I definitely recommend this store because they provide service HASSLE FREE.

I had a great experience here after having a very negative experience at 9075 Eastern. They have way better management and training at this location and it shows. They restored my faith in UPS.

Every time I go to this place it’s always a long wait and the workers are not helpful at all . They want to overcharge for everything , like for instead of a stamp for a 8x12 envelope they want to charge me a parcel fee . Or ,for instance , all other ups locations can provide a free box to mail your Amazon package back but hey , not at this location ! They will charge you for a box ! Very unfriendly and unprofessional.
