2nd time and it will be the last time I will ever go to this location again! There’s 1 clerk (looks about 12 years old) that’s with a customer with a “special” project..I’m the only customer waiting so after 5 minutes, no recognition from clerk I asked if he’s working alone? He then yells for the other worker (maybe 18 years old) she was ok. First time I went there it was the clerk that looked and acted like a 12 year old…same rudeness..very rude, terrible customer service …

I visit this office at least once a month. The team is so friendly even when busy. They’re helpful and customer service it always top-notch. USPS is in the same parking lot and never go there. The experience I get with UPS is far superior! My daughter is in college and I love sending her care packages ?. UPS is where it’s at!!

The UPS Store 2764 N Green Valley Pkwy, Henderson, NV 89014 I will never go back to. They only have 1 computer that you have to stand up on to use and its a small store. For future reference all government websites state or federal have high security. The Secretary of State website will only let you print on a public computer.

Are you still like this UPS Store they used to help me a lot sending items out but now there's this guy with curly hair that has been there every time I've come and he messed up my order he sent one to the wrong address the other one to a different address also I shipped off a guitar he didn't box it in front of me I needed help with that so he boxed it up after I left but the thing is the guitar was sent with a broken string and it wasn't broken when I brought it there he ended up putting it inside the guitar I guess I will not be returning to this UPS Store every time I go it's that guy and he has this nervousness about him to and not boxing things up to help me out right in front of me

I almost don't want to rate this place, only because it's like my little postal gem of Vegas. If anyone has rated this place negatively in the past, trust me, there are WAY WORSE UPS locations within a couple miles distance. Just keep going there! In fact, I've had worse experiences with their customers than I've ever had with the store. So, I can imagine what they deal with EVERYDAY.I literally went to a more "convenient" UPS Store today, and they just wanted my MONEY. This UPS truly surprises me each time visit. THANK YOU, don't change.
