I LOVE LOVE LOVE this location!!!! I have had box 529 almost 20 years at this location. The customer service is always on point. The staff is always amazing curtious and polite. I have had everything from a small package to a house full of furniture that I needed a 32 foot uhaul to pick it up in delivered to this location. Perishable items...you name ....they have never lost a package ever....ever when they are super busy....they still treat you like your the only one in the store...they are very patient..kind people. Customer service is a very hard job...Thank you for all each of you has done for me over the past yearsBest place ever

They charge for taping a box shut. This includes for Amazon returns. Rip off.

Service is always great but the smell is unbearably bad. It smells like a pet store or humane society that has never been cleaned. Someone needs to something about it because it's not customer friendly.

Very poor service lack of interest to be there at work for all the employees every time I go in there decided not to go there anymore even though it's 3 minutes away from my house I rather go to the one on Eastern and Horizon Ridge much friendlier very helpful people

Stephanie (“I am the mananger”) refused to tell the man in front of me who her boss was after insulting him.I turned right around and walked out to take my business elsewhere. Yikes, that woman is miserable and needs some more training at the very least. Totally off-putting and gross behavior.

If you bring your item to pack inside store don’t do it. They will tell you no packing inside store. They want to do it so they can charge you it’s BS. We brought our own tape and packing material and was asked to not do it inside store. The people who work there this isn’t your fault only following instructions but this is crazy. Anyway to charge charge charge. Plus they have a NOTE right on the front door charging you to use tape to back your item. Will never use this store again. First & last.

Have a mail box there for about 17 months, got during Covid times ! The current owners Shauna& Greg are professional & provide excellent customer service. We always have had good servicefrom the UPS store. Kelly is from the previousstore. Easy to see why he was kept on, as Shauna & Greg provide courteous service as does Kelly over & beyond! If I could give no stars I would. Showed up on a Thursday at 5:40 (writing this review at 5:50) store hours say they close at 6. Me and 3 other people looking to drop off packages all walked up to a locked door. Don't show your store hours as open til 6pm when you're going to do something like this. Unreliable and unprofessional. Thanks for nothing!

I've shipped single items from this location without issue for years. However, this past October I returned two (2) similar items to two (2) separate recipients and the issues that came of it still are not resolved.To begin, the clerk took both boxes and scanned each QR code on my phone. Upon scanning the first code, a label printed out which the clerk stuck on top of the wrong box. I said "Hey, I think that goes to the other box" to which he assured me: "No, I see it here on my display: 'headset'." Well, BOTH boxes were headsets, but apparently he only recognized the Bose name brand and not the other which is really only known in aviation. At this point I should've been more assertive, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt.In the coming days, I tracked each return with the tracking info given to me on the print-out. Long story short: Bose confirmed receipt of a non-Bose item and shipped it back to me. Amazon has not confirmed receipt of any return items.I immediately contacted UPS who directed me to The UPS Store where I could request they "generate a call tag- they'll know what that means." So, I emailed Melanie explaining the situation and no response. I then called voicing my same concerns the following day. Melanie's answer: "We can't do that. We're not actually UPS, we're a UPS store."It's now four months later and I'm still in the process of going back and forth with Amazon over this claim.I'm not the kind of customer to tell an employee how to do his or her job, but this all could have been avoided had I done just that from the start.Think twice about using this location.
