*UPDATED* I held off on writing this after giving them a ton of chances but this UPS store is awful. They’re the ONLY UPS store I’ve been to that will charge you for a single extra piece of tape if you realize your box doesn’t have enough. I’ve been told “Amazon doesn’t reimburse us so we have to charge you.” I call it the cost of doing business and giving decent customer service. They’re trying to pin their shortcomings on someone else.Further. that also speaks to how rude some of the people that work there are. There is one that constantly gives a power trip over exactly where you put your package. She’ll also grab your organized items out of your box before you work through what you need to—despite telling her not to. This has caused things like Amazon returns to take far, far longer than they should. The same gal even tried to make fun of me (I guess?) for an item I was returning to Amazon by repeating “Come on, admit it…” over and over until it was beyond uncomfortable. It’s not even like it was a weird item either. You can tell one of the younger gals that works there finds them awkward too. They’re clueless about good service. Take the time to drive down the street to another nearby location.UPDATE: I received the same canned response they've given to so many other reviews. However, given how far back the reviews citing the same issues go, it's clear they're not doing anything about them. Whoop-de-do.

They were helpful friendly and offered different solutions. Sending boxes for Christmas at the last minute so truly appreciated!!!! I had no wait time and was taken care of and back out the door to get back to work.

I've been to this UPS store many times and had always had a great experience. The team is very professional and efficient. Normally, there is very little wait time.

Now I understand why they only have 2.6 stars left the store feeling humiliated over a little bit of tape they wanted to charge me $2.50 and I didn’t have any money to take a box back in the exact condition that it arrived at my house, see videos, and photos ******* package taken 2850 Boulder Highway UPS store next to Johnny Mac’s restaurant and bar with a smile. No issues for tape no issues for nothing no questions whatsoever definitely will return to this store not Horizon Ridge ever again those ladies are mean bullies.

I took a package to be shipped via UPS. The woman told me it would be $33. and some change. I signed the credit card receipt without reading it and noticed that I was charged $52.63 when I got home. I didn't notice until they were closed so it was too late to do anything about it. Another time I did a 3 order Amazon return and somehow had to pay for those. This place needs to lose their Amazon contract.

We have had nothing but fantastic customer service for many years from the owners and employees. We have had a mailbox the entire time at this location, and it's been such a great experience working with everyone. They go above and beyond every time. Thanks ladies!!

Do not use this store if you can go ANYWHERE else! I would give them negative 5 stars if possible. The complete lack of interpersonal skills or even basic manners escapes these women (manager is the worst) These people should never be allowed to work with the public. They are rude, condescending and the absolute opposite of helpful. Dropped off a package with two day delivery and it was never even scanned into the system, when I reached out for help by phone there was repeatedly no answer forcing me to go into the store to attempt to find out about my package (which was valued at nearly 1000 dollars) they were rude and refused to give any helpful information at all. After contacting UPS they advised me to contact the store again and find out about the driver that picked it up and if they scanned it when it was picked up but the store refused to answer any questions or even pretend to show any customer service skills, instead treated me as if I was an idiot and how dare I ask them to look at their computer and verify that the item was even picked up. At this point I’m wondering if it was stolen (and so is UPS) unless you want to be treated like a dog and have your items “lost” I’d advise going anywhere but here.

I have never been treated with so much disrespect. The rude older ladies are inconvenienced immediately upon entering. The first time I went there, they explained their system was down and I would have to come back. The next day, I tried to call with no answer. I stopped by and again the Amazon system" is now down. I came back later in the day, but they refused to take my return until I boxed it or paid for a box. I happened to have a box in my car, so I went to get it, but then they said I would have to pay to tape it. They continued to be so rude and belittling me in front of customers until I was overwhelmed and left. I didn't think I should have to pay for box nor tape when Amazon doesn't require it. Stay away from this place.

Time & time again, the ladies at this specific location refuse to take your Amazon returns with out up charging you. Today they refused to take back a package in original Amazon packing & required I purchase one of their boxes with their packing fee. (Plus an additional charge to tape the box. ) I was able to get my $10.88 back from Amazon for my $20.00 return after 20 min phone call but I never had any up-charging problems at any other UPS store. Don't use this location!

I’ve been going to this location for a few years now because it is close, even though I’ve already experienced horrible attitudes in the past with them. They have repeatedly not been able to do Amazon returns stating all systems are down all the while the other UPS store down the road on Stephanie says there are no issues. They have now twice ( this was the last straw) aggressively verbally reprimanded my child. The woman’s reaction was completely disproportionate and exaggerated to the actual innocent behavior of my child. I have also uncomfortably had to listen to an employee man bash while there was a line behind me including men. This store’s employees have exhibited anger enough times for us. Their bad ratings and reviews suit this location

This store always claims to not be able to amazon returns due to the system being down, but this is probably the 7th time they have told me all UPS stores are having the same issue just for me to drive to a toner down the street and get it done with zero issue. I've even called another store while here to ask if they're system was down and they said no so I asked if they could at least try because other stores are working and they said "good for them" and sent me on my way again. This lack of customer service and professionalism is very uncalled for and I do not understand how they allow them to be so rude to customers.

The ladies at this UPS location are absolutely wonderful. We've been coming here on a regular basis for over 8 years, they greet you by name when possible because they're always busy (which is great). Kelly, Cathy and Carla are simply great people. Reviews are reviews and in my opinion it's not the the business owners or employees that are being rude the problem is the customer that is most likely having a bad day and simply found an organization and a person to take it out on. If they charge for a piece of tape then pay for it because guess what they had it and you needed it that's a supply and demand and they had to buy it so why should they give it away! remember we go there for a service that WE are willing to pay for and if they charge for something you feel should be free then maybe you should be prepared with your own tape. The location is convenient, they offer a lot of products and they provide excellent service and they are absolutely an amazing team. Thank you Kelly, Cathy and Carla for providing your services to our community.

I've used this UPS Store (solely) for dropping off Amazon returns maybe six times in the last 12 months. Each time the return goes off without a hitch. Credited to my Amazon account within 48 hours. Now I already have three lousy UPS Store reviews posted here on Yelp. Two of them other Henderson units. So when I say these people are on it, it's saying a lot.I've briefly chatted with all the ladies that work in this UPS Store unit and they have been cordial and professional. So, again, if you have to pick a UPS Store unit in Henderson, I say try this one first.Perhaps the only downside I've found so far is that this unit is NOT open on Sunday. A few UPS Store units in the Valley are open on Sunday from 10am-3pm. Most of them are not. A package ain't gonna move on Sunday anyway so, for me, no biggie.Easy to find. It's in about the middle of the large shopping center that is across the street from the Albertson's at Stephanie & Horizon Ridge.PROTIP: I've learned the hard way ... to make an Amazon return go quickly and smoothly ... choose the "UPS Dropoff" or the "UPS Drop-Off Points" option during the Amazon return process. That will result in getting a UPS Return Label to print. Pack the item up yourself. (I usually keep one Amazon box or envelope stashed-back so I can use it for a return, need be.) And put the UPS label you printed on it. When you get to the UPS Store they will scan the label and give you a receipt. Amazon will pick up on the return being in-transit IMMEDIATELY. So that the next day, when they recieve it at the Las Vegas Amazon Return Center, you will then get your Amazon credit. Even before they have opened it or dispositioned it.DO NOT choose the "The UPS Store Dropoff" option. In that case you DO NOT get a UPS label. Just a piece of paper with a UPS tracking number on it ... and you are told to NOT pack the item. What happens then is when you show up at the UPS Store with your unpacked item & paperwork, your return gets thrown in a big box, unpacked, with a bunch of other Amazon returns ... and a list of all the UPS tracking numbers involved is also thrown in there. You will NOT be able to track your item in-transit because your UPS tracking number never actually gets scanned-in. Then when that box arrives at the Las Vegas Amazon Return Center, the box can sit around for weeks waiting for an Amazon worker to open it and match up all the items in the box to their UPS tracking numbers. And you won't get your credit until that has been done. Amazon apparently has The UPS Stores do it that way to save $$$ on UPS Store packing and UPS shipping, but you have the option to choose the 'gimme a label' option ... and to have it go smoother and quicker for you, choose the label option.

The three ladies that run this store are as nice as can be. I been returning Amazon packages for over two years and not once had a problem.
