Great customer service! I was having trouble with my bank account and my card didn’t work and the nice women there told me they would take care of it and to take care of the bigger problem at hand. I told them I would come back and they said not to worry about it and said they didn’t want me driving all around and they got the locals backs! Also so thankful because it was a time sensitive matter. Could not be more thankful to UPS and the great human beings that work here! Thank you for helping your community in times of distress!

Horrible customer service!!! May 13, 2024 at 9:40 AM. I was returning some Amazon packages & no one else was in the store & she had such a terrible attitude. You could tell she hates her job. She was a miserable lady. I willl not be returning here. Packages were small & I didn’t ask for anything extra. All she has to do was scan.

Buyer Beware- Their Front Desk Ladies customer is severely lacking. They will NOT accept AMAZON RETURNS unless fully packed in BOX and sealed. EVEN though Amazon says you don’t need one. Out of Tape? Gotta buy their Tape. Need a box? Same thing. Never going back even if they were the last place in town.

I was literally shocked at how I was treated in here. And then I saw all the reviews. I am praying for these ladies, they are clearly miserable. I don’t respond well to being disrespected, and I definitely will react if it happens a second time so I won’t be back. Obviously, they don’t care if I come back which is fine but I guarantee you they’re going to disrespect the wrong person on the wrong day. Look at all of these reviews. You cannot just keep treating people that way without consequences. If you guys are this unhappy, maybe you need to consider another line of work instead of abusing your customers

*UPDATED* I held off on writing this after giving them a ton of chances but this UPS store is awful. They’re the ONLY UPS store I’ve been to that will charge you for a single extra piece of tape if you realize your box doesn’t have enough. I’ve been told “Amazon doesn’t reimburse us so we have to charge you.” I call it the cost of doing business and giving decent customer service. They’re trying to pin their shortcomings on someone else.Further. that also speaks to how rude some of the people that work there are. There is one that constantly gives a power trip over exactly where you put your package. She’ll also grab your organized items out of your box before you work through what you need to—despite telling her not to. This has caused things like Amazon returns to take far, far longer than they should. The same gal even tried to make fun of me (I guess?) for an item I was returning to Amazon by repeating “Come on, admit it…” over and over until it was beyond uncomfortable. It’s not even like it was a weird item either.You can tell one of the younger gals that works there finds them awkward too.They’re clueless about good service. Take the time to drive down the street to another nearby location.UPDATE: I received the same canned response they've given to so many other reviews. However, given how far back the reviews citing the same issues go, it's clear they're not doing anything about them. Whoop-de-do.

They were helpful friendly and offered different solutions. Sending boxes for Christmas at the last minute so truly appreciated!!!! I had no wait time and was taken care of and back out the door to get back to work.

I've been to this UPS store many times and had always had a great experience. The team is very professional and efficient. Normally, there is very little wait time.

Now I understand why they only have 2.6 stars left the store feeling humiliated over a little bit of tape they wanted to charge me $2.50 and I didn’t have any money to take a box back in the exact condition that it arrived at my house, see videos, and photos ******* package taken 2850 Boulder Highway UPS store next to Johnny Mac’s restaurant and bar with a smile. No issues for tape no issues for nothing no questions whatsoever definitely will return to this store not Horizon Ridge ever again those ladies are mean bullies.

I took a package to be shipped via UPS. The woman told me it would be $33. and some change. I signed the credit card receipt without reading it and noticed that I was charged $52.63 when I got home. I didn't notice until they were closed so it was too late to do anything about it. Another time I did a 3 order Amazon return and somehow had to pay for those. This place needs to lose their Amazon contract.

We have had nothing but fantastic customer service for many years from the owners and employees. We have had a mailbox the entire time at this location, and it's been such a great experience working with everyone. They go above and beyond every time. Thanks ladies!!
