I often visit UPS stores nationwide and usually find customer service lacking, but it was excellent here. The man with the deep voice and mustache working at noon on Feb 27 knew the process well and had great customer service skills, communicating effectively with everyone.

The staff especially Amanda, Dom & Mike are very friendly & professional. A very helpful team and the veterans deserve a raise since the mailbox prices went up. Just my professional opinion. Good employees are hard to find these days.
