Charge me $2.50 for them to print me out a label off their email Plus .25. I'll just pay the 10 cents at the library next.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! This store is full of ****!! Frank is an incompetent manager that doesn’t know how to communicate well with customers . You order products and services online, they don’t notify you until you go to pick up your order that they’re not able to do the order, then offer no resolution. He couldn’t even call another store, nor give a phone number to another store to check if they’re able to fulfill the request. He charged the card for the service even though it wasn’t provided then he wouldn’t refund the payment stating I would need to contact the bank. NEVER do business with to is independently owned store! I would give no stars but I had to pick at least one star to comment.

If I could give negative stars I would!! This experience was terrible and very disappointing. Not only was my order not completed but I was not informed only found out when I was at the store to pick it up. Frank was not helpful at all and showed no interest in trying to rectify the mistakes made. He showed no management skills or problem solving abilities. Not only did I not receive my order I was charged for it twice and had to jump through hoops for a refund. 10 out of ten don’t recommend.

If I could add this review with zero stars I would. Sent a print order that was not able to be printed, wasn’t informed until I arrived to pick up, manager Frank was of no assistance, was borderline rude, and charged my card twice (for $400 in total). Definitely the type of service needed in my time of bereavement

Any business should know people rely on Google listings for store hours. I have no car, so had to take a rideshare to ship a box. The hours on here state open until 5 P.M. on Saturday. I arrived at 4 P.M. and they were closing their gate right then. So, I had to pay for yet another ride back with said package still in hand. I knocked on the window, as 2 other prospective customers joined me in being just as confused abs irritated. They just ignored us. Such a huge inconvenience. If you’re updating hours on your door, you should be doing it on Google first, because Google literally IS your door for business.Update upon posting this at 4:15 P.M. local time, I decide to call just in case they answer or have VM… well they answered but totally played d*** “I’m sorry…” I said Google says 5 and you closed at 4.” The rude employee responses “our system said it was 5, so we have to go by what system says.” LOL that makes them look even worse. The door does have 4 P.M. posted but conflicts with Google which everyone references. Any “system” you go by would be in your local time. I call bull and now time for a boycott.

Lena and Riley went above and beyond to help, with no benefit to themselves!!My elderly mother took a large box there to return. She paid for it, not knowing that I had a shipping label. Riley and Lena saved the box for us till the next day, refunded my other and then Lena volunteered to take it over to Wal-mart for the Fed Ex return since UPS doesn't do Fed Ex. The box would have been difficult for my mother to take. How amazingly kind is that!!!These are the kind of people to give business to.! Absolutely 5 stars!

This UPS store is super fast and always friendly service. Always helpful with questions. Never really that busy. If you ever need to send something off super quick and avoid the post office lines... this is the spot.

I've used this place for years. When the younger, larger, male worker is there, it smells like he hasn't bathed in a while. I will upgrade to 5 stars when the employees take basic measures to clean themselves, 1 shower a day guys, this is America, not the middle east.

I'v been to this location 3 times since I moved here in September. They have always been pleasant, and helped without an issue. I am always the one to initiate a conversation, and the customer service agent has always been kind.

walking in the store it smells so bad of BO. Someone needs to tell the manger he smells VERY BAD! Besides that customer service is great here.

Prior to the recent hires, Manager Frank is still the consummate professional. Will always help and he acknowledges repeat customers. He seems to understand customer retention but believe me, he’s the only one.Within the last month I’ve had three packages, two Amazon returns and one eBay, that have gone missing, up to this point. Coincidentally, there have been 2/3 new employees hired during this time frame. I never had to pay attention to the cashiers because Frank was ringing me up for the most part. When my last package went missing I began making notes.- I started paying closer attention to the girls ringing packages. Even though I believe it was thievery, I went back to see for myself. They scan packages at a fast rate. I caught them scanning the same package twice and taking the one package that wasn’t scanned. She made 3 scanning errors and I confronted her. Zero acknowledgment or apology from her…plainly stoic…cold.- As a former F&B Director with Strip Casino Resorts, I had 60+ FT, PT, O/C Cashiers under my umbrella. There were no scams I wasn’t aware of from customers and my cashiers. These new employees have a knack of committing a technique of a “quick change” scam, but on their end. Even though there was no money exchanged, they rush and move packages around, like a shell game, which becomes confusing even when paying attention.- I delivered 13 miscellaneous packages one day last month, one being a $200 pair of Men’s Tennis Shoes, and Amazon never received them. Unfortunately, the return stated Men’s Tennis Shoes and I guess it was just too tempting for an employee who suffers with no integrity. All other packages were scanned but not this particular one.- Another visit I had a multiple packages returned, along with one large package that included clothing items. Value was $135.00. I have thrown away receipts up to this point because for the last five years I never had problems with Frank & Co. So either way, scanned or not, the package never arrived to the original seller.- I made an appointment with the owner, Nick. Sad but exactly like the employees…cold, unwelcoming, and nonchalant. We told him the problem and he said “packages go missing all the time!” Yes those were his words verbatim. He blamed it on the Corporate Hub and packages are getting lost there. Zero responsibility for what might be taking place in his store. After the brief encounter we were disgusted for even bringing our issue to him. He couldn’t have cared less. Completely useless and a waste of time. We let him know we’d be filing a formal complaint with UPS Corporate. He dumped an 800 number on us which was his extent of offering elite customer service.*****Updated as of today July 21*****- If you don’t read any of this post, at least read this. The seller of the Men’s Tennis Shoes previously said the UPS office never had a record of our return tracking label being scanned. Today, AND ONLY AFTER CONFRONTING NICK was a DIFFERENT RETURN TRACKING LABEL printed and the shoes sent. Shoes are being returned to the seller, albeit, FOUR WEEKS LATER! YES…FOUR WEEKS LATER. The seller asked how we printed a different return label from UPS? WE DIDN’T BECAUSE WE CAN’T. Only Amazon issues a return label to us. What does that mean? In simple, capsule form, the UPS OFFICE printed the NEW RETURN TRACKING LABEL which means they had my shoes! I can’t come up with any other explanation.- I would recommend one should never take their business there but I shouldn’t state the obvious. But if you decide to go based on convenience, look at your receipts carefully and take your time. Be prepared by keeping any backup and receipts.- I just found out that CVS offers UPS pick up. That’s my new option.
