Had hair done in Salon. My hair was Brassy and looked terrible. I was told I just need to deal with it. Foils not even close to my scalp. This is not even close to what I asked for.

I love this Ulta!!! Christina was so helpful, kind and patient towards me. I do not know much about different beauty products and she gave me such good advice and tips. Staff like her make me want to come back!

Disappointed by Rude Service at Ulta
I had an unpleasant experience at Ulta recently when trying to return an item I received incorrectly. I was given the wrong product, and when I went back to the store to resolve the issue, the cashier was incredibly rude and unhelpful.

I went to get my hair done here for the first time. I tend to go towards high end salons but I was on a time crunch and ended up booking with a stylist (Kate Torres) who helped me pick out some products. Let me just say she was amazing! I have A LOT of hair that gets super tangled in the bowls. It goes down to my butt and Kate was very patient and gentle brushing out my best. She was efficient we with the fools and very knowledgeable about coloring that would work with my hair.m. It was pretty yellow and needed some serious help. I showed her some pics of what I was thinking and she was honest about how many visits it would take to get really white highlights, which I appreciate. It's a much prettier blonde and looks amazing now. I didn't know what I wanted when it came to a cut, so I just let her send it, and it looks amazing! Definitely go see her for your hair. I'll certainly be going back. Thanks Kate!

I had an amazing experience at Ulta, thanks to Vanessa! I was having a bit of trouble picking out makeup, but Vanessa came over with a friendly smile and asked about my needs and the features I liked in makeup. She was incredibly polite and bubbly, making the experience so enjoyable. Vanessa recommended some fantastic products that look stunning on my skin. Her expertise and cheerful demeanor made all the difference. Thank you, Vanessa, for your wonderful help!

Rachel helped me select my makeup and she patiently showed me how to apply each. I told her I am novice in terms of makeup and not really knowing the shades appropriate for my skin color. She is very professional and comfortable to talk to. Highly recommend!

Thank you ULTA at 519 North Stephanie Street, Henderson, NV for a consistently excellent customer service experience. Your service is wonderful, your selection is immense and, if you don't have something in stock, your team always offers to order it and send it to my home or the store for pick-up. Additionally, I recently had a wonderful make-up lesson from "Sam" with Lancome. He was patient, thorough, and introduced me to products I never thought I could wear but, clearly could, thanks to his artistic eye.
Bravo to all involved for such a welcoming and worthwhile experience in your clean and bright store!

Your associates and your manager needs a 101 lesson in micro aggression and racism. Forever following someone around the store, of color. I brought something back, letting associates know what happened with box it came in. The simple fact she try to embarrass me, almost insinuate that brought something back that never purchased here. I try get Ulta another chance by being a consumer, but it's clearly y'all love to stereotype people of color. And that's sad

I was in here the other day to find products for my daughters curly hair. My hair is so straight that it refuses to hold a curl. To say I am clueless about curly hair hair care is an understatement!
An employee with long bright red hair, possibly Marrisa, answered all my questions, helped me pick product and gave me a short, much-needed lesson on how to help my daughter get her curls back.
With the products and care she suggested, we can already see progress!

Visiting Ulta, particularly this one, is a reminder why I shop at Sephora. The floor associates are incredibly rude and act like you're asking them to move mountains to check for a product. Just today I was in and asked an associate if she could help me and she responds "with what?" And gave me an attitude. This store is filthy, constantly out of stock, and there are never any perfume testers available. I asked to smell a fragrance recently and the girl told me there were no testers and refused to make one because it would be stolen. She suggested I buy the $200 fragrance and return it if I don't like it. Seriously?! Even Sephora has figured out how to get around shoplifters taking perfume testers, they have their products on a bungee cord now. Get with the program.
