Paid over $1400 for a hitch kit, installation, and the trailer just for it to not come with the ball. Had to pay more for it too since they did not want to correct their mistake.

Nice people. Equipment is always usually on par, but this time we almost got into a few accidents with the lights not working correctly. Trailer 9007D, needs work. Wire issue most likely.
