“Local management is stellar. They were extremely helpful and friendly. They were very efficient and very competent. Only negative is that you are charged $16 for insurance for the first month, even if you provide proof of your own homeowner's insurance, which means you do not have to pay the insurance in subsequent months. Why would you have to pay it for the first month if you provide proof? Seems like a money grab and not sure if it's legal. Otherwise, a great transaction.”
“I usual don't give reviews if it's now reviewing a restaurant but had to leave one for this U-Haul facility. This is by far the best one for me. Quick, easy, in and out. No issues. Place is organized inside too. Recommend.”
“As soon as I walk in felt welcomed Office is very well kept up. The lady that help us was very polite ,patient and helpful. So I've used many u hauls these U hauls are very clean well kept up and well maintenance they deserve not a 5 star but a 10 star. I was very happy with my rental.”

“I've had storage at this location for many years, and have rented trucks and equipment many many times. Besides having 24/7 access to my storage unit for additional $10 per month (worth every penny in las vegas summers especially), the place is always clean, well lit and well managed. Made mistake of making van reservation at another and closer location, which I cancelled upon arrival because it was like walking into a crack den (5316 boulder hwy). Promptly made new reservation for following day at 1098 stephanie. Would never think of using another Uhaul location in future.”
“Mike and Christine were very friendly and the renting process was smooth and fast that it only took 7 minutes from enter to exit time. The truck was ready with all the equipment we needed and they also let me park my car at the location so I was really surprised!”

“I reserved wrong size unit online during after hours. Next day I talked to Susy and she had me transferred me over to new unit that works great and actually saved me money. Initially reserved enclosed unit for my trailer but a rv spot had just opened up. My mistake actually turned out to be great timing. Anyways, within an hour Susy had me transferred, paper work signed, and even showed me the new unit.”
